This build is meant for domitaniting any lane. Once you are around level six you should have enough money to afford a tear of the goddes hextech revovler and Sorcerer's shoes. This build revolves early game harrasing and late game nuking. Unlike your opponents, Kog'maw has the ability to stay in lane a long time. If your health gets low simply Cast Living Artilery at enemy minion waves and watch your health magically reappear. Late game Kog'maws move speed will be up to about to around 450, gaining you a move speed advantage over all other enemies. You can use this when either your passive kicks in, running away or chasing. Late game kog'maw will also have large amounts of life steal at around 50% once max stacks are gained on The BLoodthirster. this build for Kog'maw depends on minion farm or nooby enemies. Most likely you will be versing good enemies. So, Don't try to force Kog'maw to stay in lane to long without lifesteal or spell vamp, For he is very squishy and does not have very much armor.
