i should say rush thooth and guinsuis a total of 86% att speed wich is decent and 93+50=143 APi think thats better then arche angle staff

Guinsoo, the extra AP is better than a cooldown early on, but Guinsoo's can only do your speed by 36%, you could use a last whisperer or something...

i dont focus all on ap some AS for bio arcane barrage hybird is the way he should be built.

ive got enough ap. archangel is the base-guinsoo gives ap - nashors gives ap but im also building him hybird so ap/hybird.

Hmm, I'd recommend more AP, his ult won't do much damage without it, and that's where your big shots come from, but other than that it seems alright(:
