Coz I felt like it. Pretty much.
I was thinking about when I played Kog with a Frozen Mallet. He owned.
Then I thought about when I played Kog with a Rylai's. He owned.
So I mixed them.
I was tankier than our well... our tank.
So I went on Blind Pick and tried my tank Kog build out. Pretty soon my previous games was swamped with Kog wins. Partially because no-one thought I would be top and no-one knew how to handle me and so I won my lane.

- Great harass.
- He's an ADC so his farm is better than most top lane champs.
- Who would think Kog would be top?
- Do you know how to counter Kog solo top? (Don't answer otherwise people will know and my dreams shall die)
- Funny to confuse people.
- CC... so much CC.
- Kog goes where he pleases (Still working on jungle).
- Good 1 v 1.

- Easy to gank.
- Squishy early game.
- Not really good in team fights (Considering hes a tank who's skill set makes him want to be out of combat).

Flash - Its Flash. Kog needs this because he has almost no escape moves.

Ignite - Helps pick up kills early game. Also late game considering Kogs passive he can do almost 1000 True Damage with his passive and Ignite which means you may go down but you can deal a lot of damage and hopefully drag some fools down with you.

I am not saying use this build in Ranked.
Firstly because you will never get a game because people will quit when they discover what you plan to do.
Secondly because it probably won't work. This build can counter some real annoying top laners like Darius, Jax and Rengar but it's not fool proof.
This build is useful in 1 v 1 custom games or for a bit of fun but unless youre REALLY good don't try it.
P.S. If your in a Ranked team its easier to pull off.

I could've gone pure tank, tanky AD or tanky AP but I went hybrid because Kogs W will own stuff up. Period.

Now I don't want everyone going all nerd rage on me so if you have problems with this build be warned. Not one single **** will be given. Seriously.
However if you back that up with constructive criticism Im all ears (whereas Kog'Maw is all mouths and eyes).
