I like the build for sure, but I noticed that with all of the items you get along with the masteries, you surpass the 40% cooldown reduction cap. Therefore, by getting rid of the mastery for it and placing that somewhere else, you could improve this even more. Overall, pretty good guide. +1

Very good guide. It can clearly be seen that you've put some serious thought into this + the formatting is great and comprehendable for noobs like me +1

Its a very good guide for a alistar. Only thing that i feel to be uncomfortable is that some of your runes and masteries say to get mana regen. i think the farie charm and the philo stone will be able to cover for your mana regen. I understand that alistar needs mana regen and movement speed the most, but i think your frozen heart and shurelias reverie can cover your mana regen. besides that, awesome guide man. you have my +1.
