Without further ado, I present to you, my dear readers, my excellent Kassadin guide. I put a fair amount of effort into this guide, so I do implore you to reconsider any downvotes pending the actual trial and testing of my guide that I imagine you are planning to do. And above all, thank you for taking the time to read this Good Kassadin Guide.

I dont get Greed because it is 360 gold for 60 minutes and Utility Mastery gives more harassment with blue buff.

Flash+ Riftwalk = good nuke(u can use Flash instead of Riftwalk while Riftwalk is stacked and make of it a very good nuke), chase & escape
Ignite u need it all mages need it u ll cry when u see champions running with no hp and u cant Riftwalk + Null Sphere because u are oom but with Ignite they wont be able to run
Cleanse+ Riftwalk= if they focus u Cleanse and Riftwalk out
Teleport u can chase with it and u would need it sometimes when u are getting harassed
Non viable summoner spells
Clairvoyance u don't need tell the support to get it
Exhaust u got a ******ed slow and u cant ult out from melee champions range
Fortify the tank can get it u don't need it
Ghost so u got Flash and another Flash with 3 secs cooldown u don't need it
Rally just don't
Smite Lol are u serious only for troll mages and saintvicious Xerath
Revive trolls and jungler Evelynn
Skill Sequence & why
Kassadin takes 15% reduced magic damage after magic resistance reductions has been applied. Kassadin converts each point of this ignored damage into 1% bonus attack speed. Each of these conversions last individually for 4 seconds and may stack for the time this duration converges. It makes u less squishy vs mages and can save u from ******ed champions ults like LeBlanc and Karthus
Kassadin fires a void bolt dealing 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+70% of ability power) magic damage and silencing the target for 1 / 1.4 / 1.8 / 2.2 / 2.6 seconds. ******ed silence + Force Pulse and Riftwalk u can harass hard
Passive: Kassadin's melee attacks draw energy from the void, restoring 8 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 20 mana each hit. If this effect is triggered from attacking a champion the amount of mana restored is tripled.
Active: Kassadin's normal attacks become charged, dealing 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+15% of ability power) bonus magic damage for 5 seconds. Restore mana = more harass, ap damage per hit = more damage late game.
Kassadin draws energy from spells cast in his vicinity, gaining a charge whenever a spell is cast near him. Upon reaching 6 charges, Kassadin can use Force Pulse to deal 60 / 115 / 170 / 225 / 280 (+70% of ability power) magic damage and slow enemies by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% in a cone in front of him for 3 seconds.Very good slow and it stacks with rilay.
Kassadin teleports to a nearby location dealing 60 / 90 / 120 (+50% of ability power) magic damage to surrounding enemy units. Additionally, each subsequent Riftwalk in the next 7 seconds costs 100 additional mana and deals 60 / 90 / 120 additional damage. The cost and damage can stack up to 10 times. The best ult ever u can chase with it, u can run with it, u can nuke with it, and u can feel like a ninja with it, it is just fantastic.

U can start with boots or a Sapphire Crystal
80 Ability Power, 630 Health, 725 Mana. Passive: Your Champion gains 18 Health, 20 Mana, and 2 Ability Power every 1 min. Bonuses cap at +180 Health, +200 Mana and +20 Ability Power. (Already included in item statistics) UNIQUE Passive: Upon leveling up, restores 250 health and 200 mana over 8 seconds. 630 hp for counter those squishy problems 725 mana for mana problems and 80 ability power for early~mid game damage.
now we go for
20 Magic Penetration. UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2. we get it for early~mid game damage.
and for finish our core
140 Ability Power. UNIQUE Passive: Increased ability power by 30%. with this item we can full nuke dps ranged champions at lvl 11~16 with 4 stacks on Riftwalk, Null Sphere and Force Pulse
Items - damage
After we get our core we can go for:
80 Ability Power, 350 Mana, 30 Magic Resist, 7 Movement Speed. UNIQUE Passive: When you use an ability, your next physical attack will deal an additional 100% of your Ability Power in damage. This effect has a 2 second cooldown. With this item we make our nuke more powerful don't get it if the enemy team is building def.
20 Ability Power. UNIQUE Passive: Your champion gains 8 ability power per stack, receiving 2 stacks for a kill or 1 stack for an assist. This effect can stack 20 times; you lose a third of your stacks if you die. At 20 stacks, your champion's cooldowns are reduced by 15%.Get it if u are doing good i don't recommend it because mejai=focus
70 Ability Power. UNIQUE Passive: +40% Magic Penetration. Get it if the enemy team got 120+ magic resist if they got less get abysscal scepter
70 Ability Power, 57 Magic Resist. UNIQUE Aura: Reduces the Magic Resist of nearby enemy champions by 20.For enemies with 100 or less magic resist
Items - survivability
if we need health def or magic resist before damage get these items
80 Ability Power, 500 Health. UNIQUE Passive: Your spell damage will slow the target's movement speed by 35% for 1.5 seconds (15% for multi-target spells and damage-over-time spells).This item gives more health and more ability power and it makes your slow more ******ed.
68 Armor, 38 Magic Resist. UNIQUE Passive: Revives your Champion upon death, restoring 750 Health and 375 Mana. This effect can only occur once every 5 minutes.Revive and Riftwalk out YES, this item gives armor and more magic resist you ll reduce 50% of both damage and magic damage.
56 Magic Resist. Active: (Unique) Removes all debuffs from your champion. 90 second cooldown.
get this item if the enemy team got a lot of cc and u didn't get Cleanse
Farm and harass till lvl 7 then ask ur jungler
if u can get blue buff if u got it go and gank top or bottom lane or go mid and harass with Riftwalk+ Null Sphere + Force Pulse u need 4 stacks on Force Pulse to do it
so now u should be lvl 11 get blue buff again and gank with 4 stacks on Riftwalk u ll be able to do 1200 damage with a full nuke without Ignite
Stay back and stack rift walk tell the tank to initiate when u got 3/4/5 stacks then go for the dps ranged carry of the enemy team and full nuke him now run away and spam Null Sphere with Force Pulse
Kassadin is a very good champion even u will sometimes trying to use him Riftwalk for chase or escape.
