Introduction

This Fiora build has garnered the best results for me when laning with a good partner. The focus of this build is to provide a balanced solo farmer/jungler at an early level and an integral member in team fights in late game. Fiora is a tad squishy even into the late game with this build, and two on one fights are difficult but very possible. Just a note, I am at summoner level 24 and am able to bring the game to players at level 30. I have been using this build since level 20 while playing with players level 25-30 and was getting on average 5/5/10 on any given game.

Items

I went with this item path for all game damage. Dorans Blade helps with early lane fights with your passive and 3% life steal from masteries. The wriggles lantern helps sustain and removes the need for recalls for health, the ward helps prevent ganking if you snowball early game. Additional items that are case dependent is Last Whisper or Black Cleaver, they help if the team has multiple tanks or are just armour dependent. Either could replace Dorans Blade and/or Boost of Swiftness.

Skill Sequence

I went with this skill sequence for the initial AS buff with Riposte, and focused Burst of Speed for lane control. For levels two and three, lunge and burst of speed are interchangeable dependent on if the players are running from the fight.

Unique Skills

With this build Fiora will come into the game with roughly 95 AS at level one. With the early Riposte first kill is usually gotten if your lane partner gets into the two on two, or if it is one on one. By level six and with the Wriggles Lantern you can jungle the red and blue buffs solo. By level nine you can last hit minions at half health with a critical shot, and double shot them with Wriggles Lantern. By level 10 you can solo dragon. By level 14, dependent on if you are fed or have around 10 kills you should be one hitting minions and hitting critical 55% of the time. As with any ward, increased visibility means increased survivability. Youmuu blade helps in late game running with it's active, combined with the boots the move speed should be around 550.

Team Work

A good lane partner with Fiora makes for a very fun game. The Champions I have had the best success with are:
    Brand
    Karthus
    Akali
    Katarina
    Jarvan
    Fiddlesticks

That is just from my experience, and I am sure there are more great partners however with these partners the lane should be at level six by five minutes gameplay.

A lane partner with a passive slow will greatly increase the amount of kills in the lane with Fiora, due to how slow she is in early game with this build, it helps to balance and control.

Summoner Spells

I like Teleport and Exhaust or Teleport and Surge. Teleport and Exhaust are good for the full game play. It helps close the distance in the early game when you are very slow, and helps secure the team fight win in late game. Teleport and Surge is fun if you try doing a fast win as Surge will get you at 2.0 attack speed very early in the game, it helps with lane pushing. However late game Surge is useless as you will be at 1.7 attack speed passively and 2.5 with Burst of Speed. Teleport is a great tool for clearing out waves of minions and general clean up if a few turrets are down. It is also a great support feature when a teammate is hitting a turret and there are two minions left, just Teleport onto the targeted minion and you have an invulnerable meat shield for 3 seconds.

Bad games are more pronounced

Summary

This build is a lot of fun, but can be a headache if you don't keep an even temper. It suits an aggressive play style and allows you to get into the fray, but if you jump in too early you might not come out as you will get focused very quickly. My Match History
