I made this guide because this build works very well for me.
And I want to show you guys my build because I use this site alot :)

P.S. my English is not that good :)

Standard runes

9x armor pen
9x armor seals
9x magic resist per lvl
3x armor pen quints

3x attack damage quints --> this works too

Using standard AD masteries 21/0/9 taking impr. exhaust & taking gold per 10. You could swap gold per 10 into the increased buff duration.

Start of with a regrowth pendant & 1 HP pot
if your farming goes well, save money untill you can buy philiphoser stone & avarice blade and boots
if you get harassed alot, go back when you have enough money for philiphoser stone.
When you got stone & blade, save up for a BF sword.
after that save up for a sheen
finish up the infinity edge
finish up tri force
by this time most game end.

if you want to be more tanky go for warmog's atma's

Go for phantom dancer + bloodthirster

Your team got alot of auto attackers
Go for stark's fevor & phantom dancer

Max ultimate when ever you can
Max parley first

Support your team?
Max raise morale after parley

I usually max 'remove scurvy' after parley.

Exhaust & flash, nothing new

Maby if you would solo top you can take teleport for exhaust

Don't be afraid to use your ulti in other lanes when you see a gank coming up from your team.
Use your ulti to clean up waves of creeps in front of your tower.
