The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
The build I have is focused on attack power and speed, the runes and masteries are optional to your taste. The build I have works well with anything. I would suggest more attack speed based runes. So try to keep the marks and the others you can replace.
When you begin you will have some money left over, health potions are optional, i would suggest it incase you get a little greedy or reckless. remeber to harass the enemies as much as you can, spinning slash to get in or melee them and use spinning slash to escape from combat to your turret.
Ignite will be most useful prior to level 18, it is best used for when you cannot chase a enemy who was very little health.
Flash is used for chasing or escaping, like spinning slash, it can be used to go through objects. Try to stratigize the use, like running next to a line of trees in the jungle, and flashing to the other side to escape.
Runes are your choice. I do suggest the attack speed though, they can help early game to kill other melee units faster.
Maxing out your Spinning lash allows you to deal more damage n harass ters more efficantly, allowin you togain more goldan xp at a higher rate. Spinning slash also has an escape ability, you can use it to spin through walls, trees, corners and such to escape from pursurers
The use of your shout allows you to scare away the enemies, or chase them down, following with a spining slash ahead of them, try to go through the also, to get most damage done. But yur shout can also be used to etect enemies hidden in brush, it will light up when they come in range.
Your bloodlust allows you to heal and gain more attack and critical, so try to attack minions to fill it, and give you a reserve heal if you need it.
Undying rage is great for chasing people who go to turrets with low health, which after you kill, should use spinning slash and/or flash
The possible rotation I would suggest in early game would be "E"- spinning slash into the fight followed by a "W"- mocking shout to slow them down so they cannot escape as fast with "Q" or "R" depending on the situation, "Q" your bloodlust to allow yourself to heal and continue past minions and kill them, and if they go to a turret, you can activate your "R" undying rage to kill them off, and if possible, you can use "E" spinning slash to escape, and your "Q"bloodlust to heal yourself, flash can be used to chase or escape, and ignite is used if you do not want to get in range of the turret
Getting a high attack speed is priority first, after the first two phantom dancers, you will have nearly 2 attack speed, which allows you to kill them very fast, but you won't have much damage, which is why bloodthirster comes up next in my items.
With a possible 100 attack power to add, it is very useful. having two of them allows you to hit fast and hard.
The inifity edge only adds more to the damage, but your crit chance should be very high, almost 100%, and you will hit fast and hard, which with infinity edge's bonus of crits hitting more, you will do high amounts of damages.
The third phantom dancer is optional, it should only be bought if you have enough money, so it will take about 2200 gold to buy, becase it replaces your graves you have on, yes, your movement speed is reduced to about 450, but your attack speed is increased even further
