Well, after playing Voli a little bit I got bored. Soooo, I went about wondering how to lul w/ his ult and I figured why not make Voli the #1 AoE smasher in the game? So here it is. I could go on telling you all the why's and why not's of the items and blah blah, but just go read other Voli guides to save me the trouble because I'd probably just copy and paste then credit them anyways.

Laning is obviously if ur laning; and jungling incase u wanna jungle for the lulz too.
