Introduction

Welcome to My Le Blanc Build/guide. I have Had Success in both Ranked and Normal games and this build rarely fails me. I'm hoping this guide wil help you become another addition to the community and better Le Blanc player!

Runes

I take Magic Penetration and Ability power for Le Blanc because of how much it affects your game play in the essence that the ability power raises your base damage and the Magic Penetration cuts through your enemies Magic resist. I have TRIED both straight up Ability Power and Magic penetration by themselves respectively but a balanced mix of both seems to have a better effect on my gameplay and gives me more of an advantage than the other rune pages i have tried.

Masteries

For Le Blanc i take 9/0/21 for the Bonus Ability Power in offence and the Bonus experience gain, clarity buff etc. etc. as in early game it helps significantly more than 9/21/0, I have tried those Mastery pages before and it isn't nearly as compatible with this champion as the mastery page that is shown above. It IS up to you depending on how aggressive your gameplay is with this character.
