Its really important that you first buy an item for AP. You can buy Dorans Ring as well.
After that you should buy boots, because you aren't very fast. Rod of Ages is nice for LeBlanc but you can buy Rylai's too , but i like Rod of Ages more. Rabadons Deathcap is the most important item i think. The last items are Banshee's Veil and Void STaff but you can buy other like Archangel's Staff and lich Bane too. But i prefer this build.

You should choose spells like Exhaust and Teleport because you arent very slow, so if you must defend a tower with low life you are faster too help. Exhaust can you use to kill an enemie but you can escape with this spell as well (Exhaust him and than jump away). If you think thats too dangerous for you, than you should choose Ghost or Flash i prefer Ghost.

Pro:

Great damage with less AP.
Nice escape spells (Distortion and Ethereal Chains)
Short Cooldowns

At the beginning low life.
At the beginning hard to play.
Expensive EQ.
The enemies often focus her.
Really slow.
