Hi everyone , so this is my second build.I tried to make this build better than previous ,writed more information , if you are looking for a guide with tons of text like in Bible ,you wont find it here.This guide is for those players who atleast played a bit with Leblanc and now her spells and how to use them. So hope you will like it :)

Every city has its dark side, even one whose reputation is already of a questionable hue. Noxus - though its name is already invoked with a mixture of reverence and revulsion - is no exception to this simple truth. Deep within the winding dungeons that honeycomb the earth beneath its dark, meandering streets lies the real underbelly of this sprawling metropolis, a haven for all manner of malevolence. Amongst the cults, covens, and secret societies that call this labyrinth their home, LeBlanc, the Deceiver, presides over the Black Rose, a remnant from a lost, yet similarly unscrupulous time in Noxian history. Ruthless and seemingly ageless, LeBlanc and her ilk were a mainstay in Noxian political affairs during the era before the militarization of the Noxian government. In those days, this guild of powerful magicians met in secret to further their hidden agenda, and to hone a craft more subtle than that preferred by those currently in power.

While their exact motives have always remained mysterious, it was widely believed that the Black Rose was the true power behind the throne while the aristocracy still reigned in Noxus. When raw martial prowess became the ultimate determination of whose will held sway in the Empire, the Black Rose seemed to vanish overnight. Many believed that perhaps their time had simply passed, and that its members had put aside their quests for social and political dominance. When LeBlanc reemerged at the gates of the Institute of War, however, it became clear that these masters of shadow and flame had simply been biding their time, waiting for a new global authority to emerge: the League of Legends.

Greater Mark of Insight - it will effect all of LeBlanc's abilities throughout the whole game.

greater seal of replenishment Greater Seal of Replenishment - its nice for laning power especially with LeBlanc having mana problems

Greater Glyph of Potency - it provides ability power early game, without sacrificing other stats for late game.

Greater Quintessence of Potency - this is where you will get a lot of your ability power from. With your tome power you will be starting the game with about 40 AP

Teleport- allows you to get someone as low as possible then back and tele back for the kill and for complete lane dominating.




Exaust- actually i don't like this spell cuz you already have this ability




Flash- It's definitely insane for her because her escaping ability with her W and if needed the Ulti from the W is pretty insane amd if you get flash you could do like a 3 flashes!!



Ghost-this spell is really good ,but however i don't use it because when you have ap amount like this you don't need to chase someone cuz you just kill him in 3 spells and about running,cmom guys you already taked flash and you have 3 escape abilities :D


Ignite-very good spell if you like to get some easy kill early game , but still good skill and at late game.







Clarity- Why not? Because in mid,late game you will have enough mana with morellos tome and mana runes :)



Clairvoyance- You don't need this ability because you are not a support like soraka,sona.. Leblanc is super mobile so you can run whatever you want and run away easily.

Mirror Image

When LeBlanc is brought below 40% health, she instantly becomes stealthed for half a second. When the stealth fades, she creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds. This can only occur once per minute.

Actually i think this is one of the worst passives ever because its useless , everyone ,even rookies know which one is the real one, even if u control that clone and that half a second stealth is pretty useless too. I think Riots should change her passive , thats only my opinion.

Sigil of Silence
CoolDown: 6 seconds
LeBlanc projects an orb towards her target, dealing 110/150/190/230 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. If the target takes damage from one of LeBlanc's abilities, the sigil will trigger, dealing 40/60/80/100 (+30% Ability Power) damage and silencing the target.
Costs 70/75/80/85/90 Mana.

This is your main damage spell,you should max first and use in combination with your ultimate, you can also use this spell and W skill to make a supreme harrasment and silence enemy easily. (very good combo against ap champs like ahri,annie and others..)

Distortion

CoolDown: (20/18/16/14/12) seconds
LeBlanc rapidly moves to a target location, dealing 85/125/165/205/245 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage to nearby units. In the following 3 seconds, she can activate Distortion again to return to her starting location.
Costs 80/90/100/110/120 Mana.

With enough AP this ability is a very good farming,harassment tool and to finish enemies fast without taking tons of damage.

Ethereal Chains

CoolDown: 10 seconds
LeBlanc flings illusionary chains towards a target location. If it hits an enemy unit, it will deal 40/65/90/115/140 (+50% Ability Power) initial magic damage and slow their movement speed by 25%. If the target remains shackled for 2 seconds, the target takes 40/65/90/115/140 (+50% Ability Power) additional magic damage and is unable to move for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
Costs 80 Mana.

Very good to slow your enemies . Extremely good spell in team fights ,when you and your team trying to take a Dps or Ap first. Good spell for catch up or run away safely.
Mimic

LeBlanc can cast a more potent (10%/25%/40%) version of the previous spell she cast.
Costs 100/50/0 Mana.

This is an epic leblanc abilitie. With this spell you will make insane damage and kill squichy champs extremely fast. (if you used Q spell first)

I always start with a Amplifying Tome and Health potion.
Then i try to farm as more as i can to get 800 gold,then i go back and buy Mejai's soulstealer when i get mejai's i buy Boots of speed or if i got enough gold i buy Sorcerer's shoes but if you are vs strong ap in the same lane and he harassing you hardly you can buy Mercury's treads.
I see that some people buy Ionian's boots for CDR but trust me you don't need it because your skills have very shot CDR and if you get blue buff and stack Mejai's to 20 stacks your ult CDR will be 17~sec and if you buy Morello evil tome your ult CDR will be 16~sec and your Q,W 5~sec,E 6~sec so as you can see you don't need those boots. When i get Mejai's,boots im farming for Needlessly large rod to buy a Rabadons Deathcap. Usually with these 3 items im owning all in game but later for CDR im buying Morellos evil tome because this item is just insane he give you 20% CDR,12 mana reg per 5sec and 75ap what is really nice. Then if match is going longer then 28~min im farming for Rylais Crystal Scepter this item give me 80 ability power,500 health and his passive is really good for blanc.With these 5 items you gonna kill everyone but if you want more ap buy Zhonyas hourglass this item give you 100 ability power,50 armor and his passive is pretty useful for ganking a turret or in the other situations. If you buyed all those items you can buy a Elixir of brilliance it give you 50~ability power and 10% CDR what is very good and buy Elixir of fortitude what gives you about 250~ health and some damage.

A lot of people hate this item ,they are saying that its useless to buy, its "passive taunt", but hell no! I disagree with them.If u are really good player with Leblanc then u will stack atleast 10 stacks minimum ,personaly I always buyed and i will buy this item on Leblanc ,because if u take ignite as your summoner spell then you should easily get first blood or atleast just a kill ,so if u have farmed a bit , you can easily get back to the base and buy mejai's ,then you will have an advantage against your mid enemy , so you gonna probably kill him atleast once again. Then u will have atleast 2~4 stacks from assists,kills. Then buy sorcerer shoes and go to kick some ***es in top or bot!


But of course if you still dont like this item so badly , instead of starting with amplifying tome and Mejai's Soulstealer you can start the game with sapphire crystal ,for some extra mana and build it to Rod of Ages. Its a great item if you buy it in early game because of his passive you will have pretty big amount of health (as a mage champion),mana and of course Ability Power.

21/0/9 Are a standart caster masteries of course you can put some points to other place if you take not a teleport or maybe exaust or something else.

Allways max out your Q skill sigil of silence and W skill because these skills are

strongest LeBlanc skills who makes the biggest damage in fights. Always try to harass your enemy with this combo sigil of silence

Its also very good against ap champs ,because this combo silences your enemy and they have no chance to win against you if u know what you are doing with Leblanc, also this is very good combo to harass enemy and by clicking again get back and run away safely without taking any damage from your opponent.

The best combo for squichy and other champs who have weak Magic Resist is
sigil of silence ---> --->

Q+R+W

And other good combo is ---> sigil of silence ---> --->

E+Q+R+W

Use this combo when you wanna catch someone or someone is catching you , and this combo is very good vs. tanks and other champs who buyed some Magic resist.

who makes the biggest damage and try always nail carry champs , that will help your team in fight. To catch some enemies use your E skill to slow them. With your slow you and your teammates will catch and kill all runing enemies and E skill is very good to slow the enemy and help your teammate to run away to the safe place.

You should able to farm up as much as you want with LeBlanc because when you have atleast 340~ability power you will kill all minions with your W skill .This skill makes insane damage for a lot of minions you can kill all minions with this one skill but if all minions are not in the same place you can use your ult to kill all minions wawes and big groups of them but sometimes when you want to farm a lot you ran out of mana so go to the jungle and get blue buff because this buff wont let you run out of mana and you can use skills as much as you want to use them :)

LeBlanc is pretty fun and its pretty easy to control her. I think LeBlanc is one of the most funniest champ of all League Of Legends champs because her abilities are the best of all champs to farm and with LeBlanc you can easily harass enemies and very easy to kill them in just 2 or 3 skills and its very easy to be feeded by enemies just get some kills to buy and stack mejai's and you will get a kills easily.
