This.. is not a guide for sure. It contains the cheat sheet which is good but I think that your runes are a bit messed up. I think for yellows you should take mana regeneration ones and and for glyphs you should take flat AP or AP per level glyphs. Also, I question your summoner spells for sure; Clarity? Because you have a jungler and mana regeneration runes and a Doran's Rings in your build, the need for Clarity is very low. Also, LeBlanc is all about early game dominance in the laning phase, however, starting with a Doran's Ring will only make it very weak. In the end, your guide needs more depth including explanations and discussions as well as a remake in your cheat sheet. Sorry but -1.
