Introduction

This LeBlanc build is all about AP + MagPen + Survivability. Before, I've tried going for AP + MagPen only, and it hurt quite a lot, but i kept on dying because of LeBlanc's typical squishiness.

So In this build, I've come to add more survivability.

Also, please

READ THE WHOLE THING BEFORE VOTING

. Thank you.
No one will ever put every LeBlanc build, so neither did I. I didn't put every build on it, so if it doesn't really suit you, you can always find another one.

THE ITEM BUILD IS NOT IN ORDER, AND I DID NOT ADD HAUNTING GUISE/ETC BECAUSE EVERYONE WILL DOWNVOTE EVEN WITHOUT READING THE WHOLE THING

Summary

Every city has its dark side, even one whose reputation is already of a questionable hue. Noxus - though its name is already invoked with a mixture of reverence and revulsion - is no exception to this simple truth. Deep within the winding dungeons that honeycomb the earth beneath its dark, meandering streets lies the real underbelly of this sprawling metropolis, a haven for all manner of malevolence. Amongst the cults, covens, and secret societies that call this labyrinth their home, LeBlanc, the Deceiver, presides over the Black Rose, a remnant from a lost, yet similarly unscrupulous time in Noxian history. Ruthless and seemingly ageless, LeBlanc and her ilk were a mainstay in Noxian political affairs during the era before the militarization of the Noxian government. In those days, this guild of powerful magicians met in secret to further their hidden agenda, and to hone a craft more subtle than that preferred by those currently in power.

While their exact motives have always remained mysterious, it was widely believed that the Black Rose was the true power behind the throne while the aristocracy still reigned in Noxus. When raw martial prowess became the ultimate determination of whose will held sway in the Empire, the Black Rose seemed to vanish overnight. Many believed that perhaps their time had simply passed, and that its members had put aside their quests for social and political dominance. When LeBlanc reemerged at the gates of the Institute of War, however, it became clear that these masters of shadow and flame had simply been bidding their time, waiting for a new global authority to emerge: the League of Legends.

''The world is very different for those who cannot see beyond what is placed before their very eyes.'' -LeBlanc, the Deceiver

-From the League of Legends Champion Description (all of this belongs to Riot)

''The world is very different for those who cannot see beyond what is placed before their very eyes.''
noww.... what does this mean?

TRANSLATION: "I'm going to hurt you real bad even before you know it."
SIMPLE TRANSLATION: "YOU DIE"

LeBlanc, the Deceiver (more like "the Jumper") teleports more than she walks. This is a good thing, because she kills while teleporting too. this is just too OP.

Runes

To get you started, you could always get the typical Mage Runes.
Also, for some reason the "Greater Quintessence of the Piercing Present" is not there, so i put up AP Quintessences.

YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO GET THE GREATER QUINTESSENCE OF THE PIERCING PRESENT

If you don't like MagPen, you could always go for AP Runes, like Potency for pre-game advantages. currently, I have Potency runes because i have no idea where to get piercing present runes. (combine what?)

Summoner Spells

WHEN BEING AN ASSASSAIN

WHEN TAKING MID

Flash - Always Good for your tele, but you already have enough of it, but i still get it because i'm a bit offensive and dive more. jumping and flashing while you don't have your Ulti is still good.

Ignite - A must for LeBlanc. After her burst damage, she can use ignite to kill running enemies after you burst. (after you've used all your spells and can't tele, this is where flash comes in)

Ghost - Another good spell for LeBlanc. Since she's very slow and walks like a woman (she is one, after all), she needs all the ghost she can get. (that didn't make sense)

Teleport - let your Master Yi have it for BDing, or you could be mid and use this to get back to mid quickly.

Exhaust - good for chasing, and countering DPSes because it does 70% reduced attack damage. I recommend this to you if you are usually chasing.

Rally - NO.

Revive - NO.

Heal - If you don't get harassed, you don't need it. I recommend heal for beginners just like how i was once.

Clairvoyance - Let your supporting Janna have it.

Cleanse - You could have this for running, but usually you're already far away even before they can CC you.

Fortify - let your Janna also have it.

Clarity - if you like to use up mana (also like how i was once, sometimes still does this), then have this. but plz use your autoattack to harass and Q if they get close. And besides, you have your runes right?

Smite - Give this to your Warwick.

Masteries

9/0/21 is usually the best for LeBlanc.
You need all the magic penetration you can get,
so you need the 15% penetration from your masteries.

LeBlanc's Abilities

Sigil of Silence

Your mini escaping mechanism + juker. During early-game, this is useful, because your clone could also take some damage for you if you make your enemy believe that the clone is actually you. This is your saving machine.

How to Fool the Enemy
-use Alt + Right Click to move your clone first, then move yourself
-Since the enemy still might attack you even if they know (or not) that they're attacking the clone, you stay a bit back.

Sigil of Silence
This is your main harassing ability. You use this to hurt your enemies real bad, because when this skill is maxed, it's base damage is 230. Since you also have AP, you're going to hurt them real bad. Also, since the CoolDown of this spell is around 3 seconds, so practically you're damaging them 230 (+300) every 3 seconds.

Your saving machine No.2 with more abilites. This is your weapon to harass with. The enemy won't even know they got hit by you if you use this and E -> Q -> R -> Ignite. Also, this can jump through walls, meaning you're not going to die, because whenever they gank you, you walk, and jump jump jump.

This is your snarer. This can trap people in place, meaning that YOU CAN HURT THEM REAL BAD WHILE TAKING YOUR TIME. This can kill runners, and can also stop chasers. The damage may be weak, but you're going to like this a lot because of the snare.

This is your ultimate spell that will deal 40% more damage when used. This spell should only be used on your Sigil of Silence and Distortion. Since your Ethereal Chains is for the snare, i recommend not to really use it on your Ethereal Chains unless your Q,W, and E are on cooldown but your Ethereal Chains were used last. Then you should use this buffing Ethereal Chains. Also, this means that when you use this for Sigil of Silence, you're actually doing 240% of your original damage of your Sigil of Silence. So your base damage is already 552. But since you're going to get around 550 damage, you DEAL 1320 DAMAGE JUST WITH TWO SPELLS.

General Items to get

Always get Sight Wards and Health Potions, and Mana Potions.

Also, when you have enough money to buy things but not what you want (for example 800 Gold but is missing 60 for a Blasting Wand), just get cheaper things like Amplifying Tome for your other parts of the builds. Using your money the most is the most for your AP is the most effective way to kill.

Items/Situationals

THE ITEM BUILD ON THE TOP IS NOT IN ORDER. OK? IT'S NOT IN ORDER!

This item gives the most AP when stacked to the max. Of course you need this. If you're not doing really well (less than 6 stacks), sell this, and buy something else if you don't have space.

This items gives the speed your LeBlanc needs, and also the penetration.

You always need this, because it gives 40% Magic Penetration. It also gives AP, so it's a pretty nice item.

This items gives you HP, AP, and the slow you need. If you think your LeBlanc is a bit too squishy, then get this item.

A tremendous AP Boost to your LeBlanc. Just by this item alone, you get 150 AP. If you have other items, you can have even more AP.

This gives AP and CDR. You need this CDR because you can't wait about 3 seconds to use your Sigil of Silence again when you're chasing, and if they go into a safe zone, well. That should suck.

If you have too much AP, and want to be even more OP, you can use this if you can't finish people off by autoattacking with your 102+500 for 600 damage.

You can take this if you're mid and needs the mana regen. Also, if you have a lot of Mana, you could use this for the boost.

DEFENSIVE ITEMS

If you think you're still squishy, you can get this for a health boost, mana boost, and a AP boost.

This gives invincibility and AP. I usually don't take this because it gives Armor which i don't really need, unless i'm fighting against a 4 or more DPS team.

This also gives health and mana. Also, if you're fighting a Sion or a Annie that can stun you badly, This item is for you! This can give one immunity to a spell, so worry no more!

General Build to get

Get AP.
Ap Ap Ap.

Against DPSes, first get your AP and Mag-Pen out, because you can escape easily (usually) from DPSes.

Against Mages, get your AP (and/or Health). Since mages won't have that much MagRes, you could just go for AP.

Against Bulky Teams, get AP and Mag-Pen too, because you need to hurt them. A lot.

Against Balanced teams, get balanced items. This is kind of obvious. lol

What to Max

First, Max your sigil of silence Q.

Second, you should just max your Distortion W, for both escaping and attacking.

Another option is that you could max your W or E, depending on whether or not you chase the opponent down, or the opponent chases you. If you need to chase, get your W maxed. if they chase you usually, get your E, and when they dive (or not), just use it! (I usually go with the first one)

Team Work / Playstyle

You're squishy and is affected more by CC. One reason I don't really take mid for LB is that I'm squishy, and if the opponent were to be Teemo, you couldn't really farm properly because of that midget with the bamboo stick shootin' poison at you.

I like to take Sidelanes, and lane with a tank, because while the tank takes the damage, you're at the back happily pressing your Q and R.

Once you get fed this way (most probably), you could just start ganking. When you gank, you could use the skill sequences/combos for more info.
