Meh nothing that could change LeBlanc's gameplay drastically, they actually made it harder to die and stronger to kill...so GG Riot Games! :)
To begin, let me say you that whatever people are saying after LeBlanc's little nerf, she is still one powerfull and very fun champion to play. Unfortunatly many people try it, just to fail in the first 10 minutes of the game and then they start screaming that sucks. LeBlanc is not an easy champ, and it's not good if played without "passion"(have fun with her and everything will go from worse to best).
Before you come here shouting at my build, please understand that i am far from being a veteran LoL player and that what am i showing is just the way I play her. Don't take my words are right, but try to get inspired by them and look out for your personal builds. :)
I've played many games with her(as many as i could since she still is a new champ) and i've tried various build. I've tried going full AP, but i found that is just to squishy end game to fulfill his role in the match. Many could find my build a little odd, but instead of taking hybrid AP/surviability item i love pushing to the max the capacity of an Archangels staff.
The runes are pretty basic, Magic Penenetration Marks ,Flat Health Seals and Cooldown per Level Glyphs . For quintessences you can make your choice between health , Magic PenetreationGreater Quinessence of Insight or Cooldown . I personally prefer for the extra surviability in early game.
Basic build here aswell, you take all you need from offence and finish up in the Utility tree.
These are my skills. Teleport because i find myself lots of time in solo mid lane and because i find any other mobility spells useless. Ignite because except the little extra damage it does, helpfull for finishing a low life enemy, it gives you a nice extra 10 AP while being in cooldown.
I know that many people like starting with Sigil of Silence i think it's an very week harass at lvl 1. I prefer starting with Distortion because it does better damage than Sigil of Silence when you are trying the first blood with your mates, and it's very good for escaping when the enemy tries to gank you for the first kill of the game. After level 1(when you choose Distortion), take 1 point in Sigil of Silence and one in Ethereal Chains. From level 4 start maxing Sigil of Silence, then Distortion, then Ethereal Chains, without skipping the point into the ultimate Mimic when you can get it.
Start with and two . You will need the extra mana to stay in lane as long as possible. Try to resist in lane until you have around 1000 gold, call back get and . Teleport back if the enemy is rushing your defenceless tower, if not just keep the spell for harder times.
At this point you won't have mana problems anymore, play carefully and try to last hit minions all the time. Avoid ganks and wait for your Teleport cooldown to finish and farm until you can buy a Mejai's Soulsteal and possibly . If you see that the enemy you are facing is sucking and dieing a lot under your skills you might hasten the trip back to get the Mejai's only.
At this point, if you are doing good(getting this "far" in the build means doing pretty well) the Mejai's Soulstealer will be more than enough to give you the AP you need to start ganking, fighing seriously. Get a Catalyst the Protector as soon as possible then finish you , and get your first and only Health giving item. I know many would think that the Rod should be rushed as soon as possible, but i don't really care about the bonus it gives over time, since it was boosted with the patch, i find the Rod of Ages good to buy even 10 minutes before the end of a match.
Now you have your mana regen item, you have your boots, your health bonus and a decent amount of AP. What are we missing is some flat mana and a little cooldown reduction. Buy and enjoy you faster spell, the mana boost and the extra armor it gives.
As i said before, you have all you need, and a decent amount of AP. Then why not increasing this amount a little bit. When you have enough money go for an . You should also have almost capped the Tear of Goddess mana bonus, start now building up some mana with your Archangel's.
At this point it's the time for you to choose. If u are facing an hard CC, Caster Team rush , then finish off your . If you are facing an hard physical attack team go for first, then .
Unfortunatly this sites does not calculate the Mejai's Soulstealer and the Archangel's Staff passives, but with the full build you should have around 450 AP. And around 400 AP before the Banshee's Veil and Frozen Heart.
This was it my friends. Hope you enjoy it as it is my first guide.
Please ignore any language errors becasue i'm not a native english people.
And that take LoL for what it is: A GAME!
P.S: Criticism and comments are well welcomed, just try not to be so a**h***s to downrate without giving me a reason! :)
