Introduction

Hi there!

Don't flame until you try it! I know many of you would say: "WTF is this noob talking about? HEAL and CLARITY! OMFG". But the main idea is that you need to try them!

This is my guide to playing LeBlanc. That's how I play her and I must say as a bonus that most of my games with the nuke-mistress end by other team surrendering at 20.

Pros / Cons

Pros:

- rape anyone standing in your way
- enormous damage throughout the whole game
- incredible midding phase
- easy to juke with
- 1 combo = kill guaranteed
- tower-dives possible early in the game
- easy to close distance between you and your enemies
- can trick whole teams
- you are really gonna make their life-bars disappear

Cons:

- very squishy
- targeted first in teamfights (that's why you need to take single targets down - a good LeBlanc player helps his team start teamfights 5v4 due to her nuke)
- not very good against stacked MR
- not so easy to master
- useless after nuking someone down

Masteries

Here we are! Masteries!

I normally take the 9/1/20 masteries using Improved Heal which will get you 30 sec less to worry about your hp.

But for the fans of the classic method, you can take 9/0/21. It works fine with that Presence of the Master 15% CDR following my earlier chapter!

Improved Clarity also helps your team out, except when you have these teammates: Lee Sin, Kennen, Akali or Shen or any other mana-less champion! :>

Runes

Well, for the runes, I chose to have some burst at the beginning of the game (actually 21 AP at level 1). This works well with your damage when you hit level 3.

Now, I chose the Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction because LeBlanc is useless without her spells, and judging from the fact that she's a nuker she must spam her spells to burst the heck out of that Brand, Orianna (btw she's a ****ty mid-counter and you must be patient against her), Annie, Swain, Kennen and so forth, that you will encounter during your MIDding!

The AP runes and Quints are just what you need in order to finish them off with a combo or 2!

Items

Now for the items, dunno what you guys may think of them, but for me, they are the very meaning of LeBlanc. IMO LeBlanc is one of the best snowballers in the game so the Mejai's Soulstealer fits her perfectly.

At first I choose because I need to start harrasing and zoning early and the mobility boost these boots give you is exactly what you need to close the distance between you and your target. But keep in mind that you're squishy as hell so for the extra money buy 3x .

If your early game sucks (thing which shouldn't happen since you have huge damage ever since you hit level 3) you still need some AP to get you going. So postponing Mejai would be a good choice. That's when comes into play. And this baby here will help with your sustainability in-lane and give you a small amount of AP.

is just what you need to take your enemies down and keep them kited making your cooldowns work in your favor. Of course the extra HP and AP are nice enough to make it count.

is my choice for that "Galio-like" players that love to stack MR to the end of day! (this of course works with hell of a lot AP)

Skill Sequence

Hmmm... Skill Sequence

Well, as you already know your best nuker in the game holds some pretty useful and devastating skills, that will unleash HELL when used correctly.

My main combo is Sigil of Silence => => => . Now these babies here, used correctly in this order, can bring your enemies to their knees to beg for forgiveness.

Although is considered by most to be OP, I think she's pretty balanced considering her way of dealing damage to single targets and her squishy start.

The main idea you should keep in mind is that her skills are very useful if you manage to figure out their utility in each and every situation.

Now some kiting is required since you lack health? No problem! Just keep your enemies out of range and disable them. => Sigil of Silence = SLOW => SNARE and SILENCE. (Driving your enemy crazy? Check)

The whole enemy team is in your tail? Just over a wall and juke them! If there's another enemy where you W just tap it again and problem solved since they will follow you where you W in the first place.

Need a quick run to your base and the enemy is closing the distance? Just Distortion then Mimic away from them equal to a double flash :D:D!

Need a tower dive? LeBlanc is the one you're looking for. Close the distance with Distortion then Sigil of Silence => Mimic => Ethereal Chains => Distortion back to your safe place :X. Thing about this combo is that you need to be quick enough to back with Distortion.

Summoner Spells

Ah! My favorite part. Summoner Spells.

Ok! For those of you who actually did read something around here, you may know already that I don't like trolling.

Sooooo... Where do I begin?! Ah, yes! and

But really, lemme explain my reasons for choosing these two spells. Now, most of the LeBlanc players I have encountered play with the default spells: and . This might not be a very nasty pick because of the extra-damage the ignite is for and the flash for when your spells are on cd. Although, this might sound convenient I prefer the heal and mana for hard times.

Clarity - For those moments when you need to finish off your opponent and need the extra mana for the devastating combo. Also if you do it right with the harrasing and zoning, you might attract other visitors on your mid heaven and risk finding yourself too low on mana in order to flash away and disable them.

Heal - Your main extra-resource in order to remain alive. I find it to be best when fighting low level and even later on. Can even ignore that ignite you just got from your dead opponent.
Exceptionally well-used to confuse your enemy to tower-dive and surprise heal their brains out while the tower does your job. Don't underestimate it!

Overall I think these 2 spells can get you flawless victories throughout the games you'll be playing. Just remember to use them wisely.
