Story

Every city has its dark side, even one whose reputation is already of a questionable hue. Noxus - though its name is already invoked with a mixture of reverence and revulsion - is no exception to this simple truth. Deep within the winding dungeons that honeycomb the earth beneath its dark, meandering streets lies the real underbelly of this sprawling metropolis, a haven for all manner of malevolence. Amongst the cults, covens, and secret societies that call this labyrinth their home, LeBlanc, the Deceiver, presides over the Black Rose, a remnant from a lost, yet similarly unscrupulous time in Noxian history. Ruthless and seemingly ageless, LeBlanc and her ilk were a mainstay in Noxian political affairs during the era before the militarization of the Noxian government. In those days, this guild of powerful magicians met in secret to further their hidden agenda, and to hone a craft more subtle than that preferred by those currently in power.

While their exact motives have always remained mysterious, it was widely believed that the Black Rose was the true power behind the throne while the aristocracy still reigned in Noxus. When raw martial prowess became the ultimate determination of whose will held sway in the Empire, the Black Rose seemed to vanish overnight. Many believed that perhaps their time had simply passed, and that its members had put aside their quests for social and political dominance. When LeBlanc reemerged at the gates of the Institute of War, however, it became clear that these masters of shadow and flame had simply been bidding their time, waiting for a new global authority to emerge: the League of Legends.

''The world is very different for those who cannot see beyond what is placed before their very eyes.'' -LeBlanc, the Deceiver

Abilities

Mirror Image
When LeBlanc is brought below 40% health, she instantly becomes stealthed for half a second. When the stealth fades, she creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds. This can only occur once per minute.
*Note this can be very useful if you use your distortion at the correct time to get out of some ganks they may attack the wrong one if you have dont it correctly

Sigil of SilenceSigil of Silence
CoolDown: 6 seconds
LeBlanc projects an orb towards her target, dealing 110/150/190/230 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. If the target takes damage from one of LeBlanc's abilities, the sigil will trigger, dealing 40/60/80/100 (+30% Ability Power) damage and silencing the target.
Costs 70/75/80/85/90 Mana.

**This is your main damage spell. It is the one you should max first and use in combination with your ultimate.

Distortion
CoolDown: (20/18/16/14/12) seconds
LeBlanc rapidly moves to a target location, dealing 85/125/165/205/245 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage to nearby units. In the following 3 seconds, she can activate Distortion again to return to her starting location.
Costs 80/90/100/110/120 Mana.

***With enough AP this ability becomes a very effective farming tool And is also a Amazing escaping tool and if required can be mimiced to escape dont forgot you can go back if you use this before the 3 seconds are over ive seen myself get away from 5 enemies using the to teleport me back to where i was after using it to escape they follow with flash and you just teleport back

Ethereal Chains
CoolDown: 10 seconds
LeBlanc flings illusionary chains towards a target location. If it hits an enemy unit, it will deal 40/65/90/115/140 (+50% Ability Power) initial magic damage and slow their movement speed by 25%. If the target remains shackled for 2 seconds, the target takes 40/65/90/115/140 (+50% Ability Power) additional magic damage and is unable to move for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
Costs 80 Mana.

****can also be used to escape and it can be used to help your teammates catch up to that runaway

Mimic
LeBlanc can cast a more potent (10%/25%/40%) version of the previous spell she cast.
Costs 100/50/0 Mana.

***** this is most useful skill of all it does everything u want it can get you out of any situation

Masteries

The masteries i have picked are the same for most of my caster builds the buff durration this is useful because i always get blue when ever the golem is alive you should go take it for that cooldown reduction and mana when you are level 16 and you have a few stacks your Mimic from q should be doing around 600-700 damage on a 16 second cooldown with blue this can cause major problems for the enemy team and with the buff lasting longer just keep spaming that ultimate

Items

In this build I have gone full nuke leblanc but if you find youself being focused by the enemy team then you can swap out the haunting guise for a banshees vail and if that still isnt enough and you dont have any stacks of your mejai's then you can also sell it for a Abyssal scepter

I have went for this item build Because it makes the enemy teams magic resistance a waste of money.

You should sell your rejuvenation bead when you have 6 items so after you get you archangels staff you should sell it the item is very helpful before fights for that little bit extra health regen that you need

Skill Sequence

Mirror Image is useful if you use your Distortion as soon as ur mirror image activates this cause u to move forward and ur mirror image to stay there and if u cast it over a wall or into a bush then the enemy will just attack the mirror image

The reason for Maxing Q first is its has the most effect when you Mimic it it keeps the person silenced the for that extra bit longer and it puts out the most damage.

I next max my W beacuse it it much easyer to land and if u miss the chain then it doesnt matter you have done most of your damage.

On The Lane Harrasment

while you are laning it is important to get some harrasment into the enemy players this will weaken them cause them to be a easy kill when you have your burst ready so to do this hit them with Sigil of Silence Sigil of Silence and then after that hits move in quickly with Distortion then back out with Distortion again to make sure you dont get hit this will cause them to be silenced and it means they cant do anything to stop you from getting back into position to strike again!

Farming

Farming isnt that important on leblanc you should try get ganks off more than farming. This is because you can then get your stacks of mejai's up this causes you to gain more cash and get ability power for free while doing so.

Summary

So lane Harrasment you use Q then after that hits use W so they are silenced when going for a kill use Q R W E Q this means that if they dont die when u have used all of ur abilities then your chains will keep them there till your q is off cooldown.

YOU TAKE MID
YOU TAKE BLUE
this causes you to carry the game easy if you play it correctly

all thats left to say is GL
