Spells:

Teleport

Runes

i pick runes that are early game very good so she does a lots of damage early game

Masteries

i just get the common masteries with improved ignite to get more AP at the start!

Items

i start with a DORANS RING for good early game stats where leblanc is all about. i get BOOTS and RABONONS DEATHCAP asap. to kill a not tank in 1 combo. after that i get VOIDSTAFF because if ur doing well they are probaly stacking MR. if ur not go get a other item like ROD OF AGES or MORELLO'S EVIL TOME. ROD OF AGES is for survivablity and MORELLO"S EVIL TOME for mana regen great CD and good mana regen. At last i get ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS for the great passive and the nice AP

Skill Sequence

i max Sigil of Silence first for a good nuke and a nice silence
if Sigil of Silence isnt possible to get, get Disortionto trigger the Sigel of Silence and a good lane combo (Sigel of Silence>>>>Disortion and teleport back.
get ETEREAL CHAINS at lvl 4 and leave it there till u maxed Disortion
At last but not least Mimic ur ultimate. This your best skill and i like it to use it after Sigil of Silence

Summoner Spells

Teleport and ignite are the summer spells u want!
Teleport for a quick recall. U WANT MID! to save the tower easily and get some lvl advantage if ur enemy got not
Ignite for the masteries and to finish a champion early game with eas

This is my first build and first i want to know what u guys think before i will spent more/much time on it. this is my view on Leblanc when she is very strong but fragile, still i got no problems because she is the master of decieving people
I don't come from england or usa or a other country where they speak english, thats the reason for the bad english (SORRY)
