I. Introduction

Welcome, summoners, this is my first guide ever for my favorite champion, LeBlanc. This guide offers all assets of LeBlanc based on my personal experiences, others' views, and other guides. Here you will learn everything there is to this champion. Feel free to leave comments, concerns, and questions down below.

REMINDER: Please remember to read the whole guide after you upvote and or downvote. This guide may not be for everyone but is based on my own knowledge from playing the champion and researching the champion. Thank you very much for your time and effort for reading my guide on LeBlanc - The Deceiver.

UPDATE: I HAVE NOT UPDATED THIS GUIDE IN A WHILE... I WILL DO IT ONCE I FIND SOME MOTIVATION.

II. Pros & Cons

Like all other champions, LeBlanc, an ability power caster, has many strengths due to her assets, but some of those suffer resulting in weaknesses as well.

PROS:
Much dominance during the laning phase - particularly the earlier levels.
A solid and strong ganker - able to ensure kills in any lane with very easy tower dives.
Abundant mobility - able to blink away from ganks and ensure kills with her blink.
CONS:
Very item dependent - she needs to have many ability power items in order to burst.
Significantly falls off late game - LeBlanc needs to be very fed and or farmed in order to become "useful" some would say because she is limited to a single target burst.
Smartcasting is needed - in order to become a successful LeBlanc player the summoner must be able to smartcast in order to ensure kills and Ignites.

IV. Summoner Spells

Based on personal experience playing as and or against a LeBlanc I have noticed that she is very versatile when it comes to picking summoner spells for her.

- Ignite: This is the summoner skill whom all players love, I find it as an essential to any caster in order to get the finishing blow off of opponents.
- Exhaust: This is a summoner skill that also helps many players. Using Exhaust as LeBlanc allows one to land snares much easier and reduces your opponents burst due to the damage reduction, this allows you to pull off very easy kills while managing to stay alive.
- Teleport: This is a summoner skill that allows you to gank lanes very easily. As a solo middle lane champion, it is wise to stay in your lane as much as possible to receive experience, farm, and levels; so using Teleport can really help you with your lane sustain.
- Ghost: This is a summoner spell that one can use defensively and offensively with the movement speed buff. After a team-fight this can make a very huge difference, it allows you to catch up to that last opponent fleeing away and clean them up allowing a successful ace.
- Flash: This summoner spell is very popular one amongst players because of its high utility. I think of it as a 'must have' on LeBlanc even though she has two blinks mainly because it can make a difference in ganking, chasing, and fleeing throughout the game.

SUMMONER SPELL COMBOS: Based on my experiments from playing with many different summoner spells I found very nice pairings of summoner spells to benefit any LeBlanc player.

IGNITE AND FLASH - for all players, it is a MUST HAVE! *MAKE SURE TO SMART-CAST IT*
EXHAUST AND FLASH - for the players who need help on skill shots.
TELEPORT AND FLASH - for players who enjoy lane sustain and map control.
GHOST AND FLASH - for the conservative players.

V. Masteries

There are two ways of setting up masteries for LeBlanc, one includes a lot of offense, while the other one includes a lot of utility.

21/0/9 - a very high burst mastery page, this page allows more movement speed to benefit your speed, mana regeneration, and high ability power numbers.

MASTERY POINTS: (OFFENSIVE TREE)
- 1/1 point(s).
- 3/4 point(s).
- 4/4 point(s).
- 1/1 point(s).
- 3/3 point(s).
- 4/4 point(s).
- 4/4 point(s).
- 1/1 point(s).

MASTERY POINTS: (UTILITY TREE)
- 1/1 point(s).
- 3/3 point(s).
- 4/4 point(s).
- 1/3 point(s).

9/0/21 - I don't recommend it mainly because I find the utility side to be more of a support tree rather than an ability power middle lane champion tree. The extra damage in the offensive tree really allows LeBlanc to shine against your opponents but it could work with the extra cooldown reduction.

MASTERY POINTS: (OFFENSIVE TREE)

VI. Early Game Items

LeBlanc has just a few item paths during the early game to help improve her laning phase farming. These are four paths you can take which really should not matter in the end, however, I recommend the standard path because it has always worked for me.

STANDARD PATH -> Sight WardSight Ward

LOSING PATH -> Kage's Pick Sight WardSight Ward

SNOWBALLING PATH -> Sight WardSight Ward

EXTRA ABILITY POWER PATH -> Sight WardSight Ward
Back to Top

VII. Late Game Items

Like I have mentioned before, LeBlanc is an extremely versatile champion that can have many different builds and still succeed. Many ability power, cooldown reduction, and defensive really items benefit her greatly. Below are a variety of viable choices you can choose depending on your situation during the game.

COOLDOWN REDUCTION ITEMS: Cooldown reduction really helps her as a caster, with max cooldown reduction LeBlanc's Mimic is only 11 seconds! This really allows her to shine late game more than she would without cooldown reduction.

: This item provides a whopping 20% amount of cooldown reduction. Even though this item already provides half of the max cooldown reduction it also gives extra ability power and mana regeneration every five seconds making this item a very wise choice.

: This is an essential item on LeBlanc, no doubt about it. What really makes this item an important fundamental to her is its active: which is a single-target nuke that can deal up to 30% of the opponents health and slow them, so if your Deathfire Grasp is up and their tank is fleeing you can use that active and ensure an easy ace for your team. It also gives 15% cooldown reduction making this item an important need to LeBlanc.

In conclusion, these are really the only cooldown reduction items I would buy because the other ones are more support based, normally in games I just buy Deathfire Grasp because I receive blue buffs throughout the match. But! If you have a greedy jungler that takes the blue buff I recommend buying Morello's Evil Tome as well.

ABILITY POWER ITEMS: Ability Power is the stat that determines how much your skills do, it determines your burst's potential damage and allows heavy damage onto the opposing team. There are MANY ability power items out there but I have experimented a lot with LeBlanc and found a couple items that really pair well with her.

: This item is the butter to your toast! The jam to your peanut butter! The earwax to your cotton swab! Rabadon's Deathcap the one item that provides the most ability power, which means... it is a MUST for LeBlanc. Not only does it give 140 ability power, it gives an extra 30% of what your ability power is currently! Rush it right after your early game items are bought.

: This item is also a must for LeBlanc, it provides ability power AND magic penetration meaning that you can rip through tanky bruisers. (EX: IRELIA, WUKONG, & GANGPLANK) A solid choice overall if you were considering to buy it.

: An item that will help you sustain in sticky situations, and will allow you to play off some deceiving tricks. I recommend this item to a LeBlanc who is fighting a long drawn out team fight. It also gives ability power which is a nice bonus allowing you to regenerate a lot of health points back after your burst.

: This item will make you deceptively strong yet tanky, the extra magic resist boost really helps you against the opposing caster. The passive aura that reduces surrounding enemy's magic resist really helps you to burst harder when you Distortion in to do your full combo. Another solid pick in my book.

: As LeBlanc you probably used a lot of skills to last hit minions so building an early tear and later into an Archangel's Staff will provide a lot of ability power. This item will never let you run out of mana either!

: Ahh, this dreaded item. I have seem many LeBlancs buy Rod of Ages for lane sustain purposes. "But it gives me ability power and tankiness too!" Just stop right there. The issue with Rod of Ages is that it takes a long time to build the item and once you get it your snowballing effect into the middle of the game gets weaker and weaker. I recommend two Doran's Rings and getting blue buff from your jungler. I would say not to get this item at all unless you really need it.

: A decent item on LeBlanc if the opposing team is utterly stupid. However, I do not recommend this item in ranked gameplay mainly because it is not painstakingly sure you will get stacks causing in your lack of lane sustain from no Doran's Rings. But, if severely fed this can lead to a very strong late game LeBlanc.

DEFENSIVE ITEMS:: Defensive items are items that help you survive longer using armor, health, or magic resist items. There are some viable items that come together like a symphony with LeBlanc.

: This item is a very well rounded item that any champion can benefit from. It's a spell blocking shield every 45 seconds, so it will help you escape stuns and other disables allowing you to stay alive.

: A decent item choice for LeBlanc but I have noticed that whenever I used it and began to revive the enemy team would crowd on top of me and insta-gib me right away. It's an all-right item if you're getting focused but not worth the 2600 gold.

: A very viable item on LeBlanc but not one the best choices. It provides 100 ability power which is the second highest ability power giving item, it also gives 50 armor as well which helps protect against bruisers and attack damage carries, and finally gives an active in which you can turn invulnerable for two seconds to negate any damage. A very good pick against high damage teams or a gap closing team.

: An okay item choice for LeBlanc, but the passive slow really does not help with her burst even though it gives ability power since you have a skill shot which slows and snares. The only benefit to buying this item is the extra health and ability power, buy it if you just want to have fun and get extremely fed against the other team just for laughs.

SHOES: Below are some shoes that can be used for LeBlanc and can benefit her in different categories.

: An excellent type of shoe for LeBlanc because it gives her magic penetration, like most other ability power casters; everyone gets it! This is the #1 shoe I would buy for LeBlanc.

: An okay type of show for LeBlanc since it gives her a very high amount of cooldown reduction that could help make your ultimate a whopping thirteen seconds! However, with blue buff and Deathfire Grasp there is really no need for it. Also; this could really help on support LeBlanc if you play her like that (WHICH I DO NOT RECOMMEND) for the extra snare durations.

: A nice type of boot against heavy crowd control teams(EX: Stuns, Snares, Bindings, Taunts), you should get this only if you are getting caught a lot, which you really should not be if you are LeBlanc. Also, the extra magic resist can help I guess.

: An okay choice for LeBlanc if their team is filled with champions that auto attack for damage; this can really help you survive and the extra armor can help too I guess.

ELIXIRS: When your build is complete, or roughly complete and a you know that there will be a teamfight soon, buy elixirs! Not only are they cheap, but if you have six slots full and you still buy one, you will get the effects it states in its description! All of the elixirs benefit LeBlanc well with the exception of the Elixir of Agility.

: The most useful elixir of all for LeBlanc because it gives ability power as well as cooldown reduction making it a very strong buy for you once your build is nearing its end.

: The second most useful elixir for LeBlanc but not mainly for the attack damage but for the extra health increase. The extra health increase can save you in many certain situations and even make you tankier. (EX: Caitlyn's ultimate, Ignite, lizard buff damage over time, poisons, and the list goes on) Also, the extra attack damage can even benefit you when you're pushing turrets, but it really wouldn't matter since the attack damage boost is very low.

: The most useless elixir for LeBlanc because it does not provide any stats that she needs as an ability power caster. The only use of this elixir for her is the extra attack speed to help her take turrets down quickly but other than that - no, just no.

: There is no ranking for this elixir mainly because it doesn't fit the role of other elixirs. I recommend letting your support buy this but if you are fully finished with your build and bought all of the other elixirs you can buy this one to make sure you have map control. Also your mobility can allow you to escape very easily when you kill the wards so this Oracle's Elixir can be very handy at times.

IX. Skill Combos

LeBlanc is a champion that needs to be played by a person who can think situations through and stay on the tips of their toes in order to be successful. Not all situations are you going to be able to send out your combo in the regular order you normally do, so it is important to learn or practice different skill orders out even though it doesn't do as much damage as her normal combo.

HARASSING - PRE 6: This is a standard harassing combo after you're level 4 or so; it will take off a decent chunk of their health as you will take no damage during the process. Skills go as following - Distortion, Sigil of Silence, Ethereal Chains, Auto Attack ONCE, and Distortion back out.

COMBO = Sigil of Silence AUTO ATTACK ONE TIME (WEQ + 1 AUTO ATTACK + W)

HARASSING POST 6: This combo is where you really shine during your dominance, it will surely bring your opponent down to 20% health or so ensuring a kill a few minutes later, unless magic resist and health potions are bought. Skills go as following - Distortion, Sigil of Silence, Mimic: Sigil of Silence, and Distortion back out.

COMBO: Sigil of Silence (WQRW)

1VS1 SITUATION: If your opponent in the middle lane stupidly walks to you picking for a fight and you're positive that their jungler isn't near you; this is your opportunity to shine. As you see them walking towards you use your Ethereal Chains then follow up with Sigil of Silence, Mimic: Sigil of Silence, and Distortion. After the chain procs use Ignite and Sigil of Silence once more if you're positive it will kill them. However this combo can change depending on who's 1VS1ing you. (EX: If an Annie is walking towards you Distortion out of her Tibber's range after using your Ethereal Chains to dodge the initial stun then Distortion back and use the rest of your combo.)

COMBO = Sigil of Silence Sigil of Silence (EQRWQ + IGNITE)

YOUR JUNGLER IS GANKING: If your jungler is ganking your lane for you make sure not to bait too hard as your victim will catch on and become suspicious unless they're utterly unintelligent. Now this scenario can be very different depending on who you're ganking and who is ganking for you.

So if you're ganking a very squishy opponent and your jungler has a ranged skill and or is melee range, your skills go as follow - Distortion, Ethereal Chains, Sigil of Silence, Mimic: Sigil of Silence, Sigil of Silence, and Ignite. The reason why the jungler does not matter is because as a strong burster LeBlanc can tear up their opponent's middle lane if they are squishy with very little help from your jungler. In other words, the jungler is just there to get an assist or throw that extra auto attack to help with the kill.

COMBO = Sigil of Silence Sigil of Silence (WEQRQ + IGNITE)

If you're ganking a very tanky opponent and your jungler is ranged and or melee range you're going to do the same combo for both, however these orders differ from the one mentioned above. Skills go as following - Distortion, Ethereal Chains, Mimic: Ethereal Chains, Sigil of Silence, Ethereal Chains (IF THE COOLDOWN REDUCTION REQUIREMENTS ARE MET), Ignite, and Sigil of Silence. This very long snare combo allows your jungler to rip through your opponent if they bought a Negatron Cloak or a lot of hit point items.

COMBO = Sigil of Silence Sigil of Silence (WERQEQ + IGNITE)

NOTE: For this combo to work you must wait until the first half of the Ethereal Chains is done then use Mimic to allow full snare duration to pull off the combo.

TEAM-FIGHTS: The most difficult part for LeBlanc; late game. This is where all the team-fights are occurring and every teammate of every team sticks together. In fights your main job is to kill their main carry, whether it's the ability power or the attack damage one. And the hard part about that is... is because their in the back of their tanks! In order to succeed this combo you must wait for their team's crowd controls to be over, after that, its your time to strike. The following skills are - Distortion, Sigil of Silence, Mimic: Sigil of Silence, Deathfire Grasp, Ethereal Chains (IF THE MOMENT CALLS FOR IT), Ignite, Distortion (BACK OUT OF THE FRAY).

COMBO = Sigil of Silence (W + DEATHFIRE GRASP + QR + E + IGNITE + W + FLASH)

TIP: The reason why I placed Flash in this combo is because their tanky bruiser will MOST likely be on you or their melee assassin and what not, but it is a complete choice of yours depending on the situation you're in.

NOTE: In order to pull this devastating combo off you as a player must learn to smart-cast and learn to do it correctly - otherwise you're just a useless caster that will die from your opponents because you cannot Distortion back out due to your slow coordination skills.

X. Farming

LeBlanc has a really fast animation on her auto attack which makes it really easy to last hit minions unless it's at a turret. Later in the game once you have your items and higher ranked skills it makes it very easy to farm with your skills as well.

EARLY GAME FARMING: During the early levels you just want to focus on farming with your auto attacks but harass once you're a higher level. Using your Sigil of Silence can really help with last hits as well.

Farming Skills: Sigil of Silence

MIDDLE GAME FARMING: At around level 11 this is where farming gets much easier. You can use your distortion to clear the caster minions but not so much the melee minions. For the melee minions, if you have blue buff you can use Sigil of Silence followed up with an Ethereal Chains on it to ensure the extra gold. Remember to harass as well from time to time and gank!

Farming Skills: Sigil of Silence + (MELEE MINIONS) & (CASTER MINIONS)

Also use your Mimic: Distortion on a wave to push a lane once you have killed someone so you can deny them of experience and last hits.

Farming Skills:

LATE GAME FARMING: This is quite simple, press W! Use your distortion on camps and it's an easy 100 gold or so per wave!

XI. Laning Matchups

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: Her high bursting potential and lane sustain at around levels 6-11.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: Her high bursting potential at level 6, try to ruin her earlier in the game.

Difficulty: Easy.
Beware of: High burst if she lands a Flash Frost + Frostbite.

Difficulty: Easy.
Beware of: Her Tibber's stun - just make sure not to stand in her range or Distortion away from it.

Difficulty: Hard
Beware of: Once he stuns you it should be over for you, so dodge his Sear!

Difficulty: Hard.
Beware of: Her early harassing game - it's really strong and can make you blue pill in the matter of seconds.

Difficulty: Easy.
Beware of: You won't be able to kill him as much if he buys magic resist, so just make sure to farm.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: Make sure to not let him Drain bait you, always save ignite during his Drain.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: His Playful/Trickster can be very devastating allowing him to dodge your Mimic: Sigil of Silence, or any other skills! Be very careful!

Difficulty: Easy.
Beware of: Staying too long in his turrets range during his ultimate, it can devastate your health.

Difficulty: Extremely Easy.
Beware of: Be careful when to pick your fights with him, he always has his passive and ultimate to finish you off after you kill him.

Difficulty: Extremely Difficult.
Beware of: His level 6 especially, and his high mobility, always remember to call MIA's.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: His shurikens can hurt, so always stay in the back of your minions and Distortion away from his ultimate.

Difficulty: Difficult.
Beware of: It should be a back and forth game so make sure to counter her by buying magic resist early.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: Her zoning and poking powers, always beware of her passive on you once you're low enough to be killed by her ultimate.

Difficulty: Easy.
Beware of: His pushing capabilities, always try to push your lane and farm as best as possible.

Difficulty: Extremely Difficult.
Beware of: Her shield can really hurt you and deny your Sigil of Silence's damage. She also has very strong pushing capabilities so farm as best as you can too.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: Her average poke and her shield, high-skill leveled Oriannas can dominate you very easily.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: You can probably burst him later in the game but his early levels are very tough to lane against.

Difficulty: Difficult.
Beware of: His tankiness after he buys magic resist and health, you won't be able to 1vs1 him.

Difficulty: Difficult.
Beware of: His late game tankiness and his abundant lane sustain at level six, always ignite him and never get caught in his snares cause he will burst you during fights.

Difficulty: Difficult.
Beware of: You lose. But, on a more in depth notation; he can be a very big problem throughout your laning phase from his high burst, to his heavy pushing leaving you dead or farming at the turret.

Difficulty: Easy.
Beware of: His AoE stun mid to late game as he can burst you in the blink of an eye, remember to RUIN him early game and prevent him from last hits.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: His very strong poke with his laser and shield nuke, beware of his AoE silence as well; it can always catch you off gaurd.

Difficulty: Extremely Difficult.
Beware of: His poking abilities once you move up for a last hit, don't even try to fight him; his lane sustain is way too strong.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: His extremely large range and his stun.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: His range and his ultimate, always blue pill somewhere he cannot guess where you are.

Difficulty: Medium.
Beware of: His Time Bomb's damage early game and his ultimate bait causing your death from his bombs, turret hits, or maybe even his jungler.

XII. Teamfight LeBlanc

When you're playing as LeBlanc in teamfights you must position yourself wisely; this means not getting caught in the area of effect skills. Be patient with your burst and wait for the right moment to strike, in a way you're playing like a Kassadin. Your main job as an assassin is to go straight for their carry and demolish them as soon as possible. Never engage with your Distortion followed up with Ethereal Chains unless you are chasing, otherwise this can lead to a death that could put your team at a major disadvantage.

BEWARE: These are the certain champions that you want to avoid at all costs. However, it is possible to Distortion out of their range but using it will not allow you to fully burst down their carries.

MAIN ATTACK DAMAGE PRIORITIES: Surely, the other team will have an attack damage carry and it will be your job to kill them as soon as possible, some are harder to kill because of their kiting abilities, while some are easier to kill. So just remember to pick your fights well and calculate your damage accordingly.
- EASY, (IF HER ULTIMATE IS DOWN)
- MEDIUM, (IF HER 90 CALIBER NET IS DOWN)
- MEDIUM, (IF HIS QUICKDRAW IS DOWN)
- EASY, (HE'S JUST SO EASY TO KILL)
- HARD, (DEVASTATING KITES WITH ROCKET JUMP)
- EASY, (IF HIS STEALTH IS DOWN)
- EASY, (IF HER STEALTH IS DOWN)

MAIN ABILITY POWER PRIORITIES: Some ability power champions are much harder to kill depending on their natural tanky builds, or their natural squishy builds. You really want to aim for the squishier champions and leave the tankier ability power carries to your attack damage carries and bruisers.

EXAMPLES OF EASY ABILITY POWER CARRIES TO KILL:
- (IF HER STUN IS DOWN)
- (IF HER STUN IS DOWN)
- (IF HER CHARM & ULTIMATE ARE DOWN)
- (IF HIS STUN IS DOWN)
- (JUST EASY TO KILL)
- (IF HIS STUN IS DOWN)
- (IF HIS STUN OR ULTIMATE ARE DOWN)
- (IF HIS STUN & ULTIMATE ARE DOWN)
- (IF HER ULTIMATE IS DOWN)
- (IF HIS FEAR IS DOWN & HAS NO ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS)
- (IF HER STUN IS DOWN OR SHE MISSED A POISON COMBO)

EXAMPLES OF HARD ABILITY POWER CARRIES TO KILL:
- (HER SHIELD MAKES IT DIFFICULT)
- (HIS SPELL VAMP, HEALTH, AND SANGUINE POOL MAKES IT DIFFICULT)
- (HIS OVERALL TANKINESS & SPELL VAMP MAKES IT DIFFICULT)
- (HIS PLAYFUL/TRICKSTER MAKES IT DIFFICULT)
- (HIS ULTIMATE MAKES IT DIFFICULT)
- (HIS TANKINESS MAKES IT DIFFICULT)
- (HIS NUMEROUS RIFTWALKS MAKES IT DIFFICULT)
- (HIS ULTIMATE WILL LEAVE YOU WITH NO OTHER BURST FOR HIM)

XII. End Game LeBlanc

This chapter is what your LeBlanc should be like; or closely related to by the end of the game. It will have the masteries, summoner spells, runes, items, and all of the other good stuff.

NOTE: This section can differ! But this is my OWN typical end game LeBlanc setup.

RUNES: These are the runes I recommend you take and are the ones I take as well in games; they have always worked for me!

- Greater Quintessence of Potency x3
- Greater Mark of Insight x9
Greater Seal of Replenishment - Greater Seal of Replenishment x9
- Greater Glyph of Force x9

SUMMONER SPELLS: These are the summoner spells that I take during matches and really worked well for me; however this can differ depending on your gameplay.

- Ignite.
- Flash.

MASTERIES:: These are the masteries I take in games and can really benefit LeBlanc, you too should have these masteries for your "End Game LeBlanc".

21/0/9: Points you should take are allocated below!

MASTERY POINTS: (OFFENSIVE TREE)
- 1/1 point(s).
- 3/4 point(s).
- 4/4 point(s).
- 1/1 point(s).
- 3/3 point(s).
- 4/4 point(s).
- 4/4 point(s).
- 1/1 point(s).

MASTERY POINTS: (UTILITY TREE)
- 1/1 point(s).
- 3/3 point(s).
- 4/4 point(s).
- 1/3 point(s).

NOTE: I don't know how to put up the picture for the mastery pages because I'm very new to MobaFire.com, sorry in advance!

ITEMS: Ahh, the most diverse part of LeBlanc! However, these are the normal items that I normally take for her, however the last two spots can be exchanged for other items depending on your predicament.

- Sorcerer's Shoes.
- Rabadon's Deathcap.
- Deathfire Grasp.
- Void Staff.
- Abyssal Scepter.
- Banshee's Veil.

- Elixir of Brilliance.
- Elixir of Fortitude.
- Oracle's Elixir.

XIV. Countering LeBlanc

This section is mainly for players that want to do well against LeBlanc who are getting demolished by her, this section also will let LeBlanc players know what her counters are. Even though she is a very high burst champion she is easily countered early and mid game by item purchases and gameplay against her.

EARLY GAME COUNTERS: The way to counter LeBlanc early game (LEVELS 1-6) is to buy very defensive items and play with caution during your laning phase.

ITEMS: Sight Ward

NOTE: These items are only for the ability power carries against LeBlanc in middle, not other roles.

MIDDLE GAME COUNTERS: She is much easier to counter during this phase (6-14) if you have not fed her by buying the items listed above. She should not be doing too much damage to you now due to the high amounts of defensive items.

ITEMS: Catalyst the Protector Sight Ward

NOTE: These items are only for the ability power carries against LeBlanc in middle, not other roles.

LATE GAME COUNTERS: If you have built accordingly she should not be a problem now as your final end game builds will be finished.

ITEMS: Sight Ward

NOTE: These items are actually for all roles not just for the ability power carries (obviously), so build accordingly!

IN CONCLUSION, THIS SECTION IS TO SHOW LEBLANC PLAYERS HOW SHE CAN BE COUNTERED, IT ALSO INFORMS OPPOSING PLAYERS ON HOW TO COUNTER HER AS WELL. ALTHOUGH SHE IS MY FAVORITE CHAMPION, I LEARNED THAT SHE CAN BE ONE OF THE MOST USELESS IF COUNTERED ESPECIALLY IN THE EARLY AND MID GAME.

XV. Ranked Games

LeBlanc is a very solid pick but not one of the strongest picks in ranked solo queue, you can carry yourself to a very high amount of elo if you get fed and force surrenders. Always remember to gank for your teammates if they aren't the best ones out there and don't forget to encourage them with praises and stay lenient from rude remarks and criticisms to both your team and the opposing team.

XVI. Tips & Tricks

GAMEPLAY:
Always remember to farm minions even if you're demolishing their middle! Till will increase your gold as their cost will decrease significantly.

When you have blue buff and all of your spells are up, just a simple Distortion -> Sigil of Silence -> Mimic: Sigil of Silence can make your opponent blue pill as you deny them of experience and farm.

Never play recklessly in teamfights and remember to go in after all of the crowd control effects are down.

Your job is to be an assassin! After pushing your opponent out of lane remember to go gank the top or bottom lane. Bottom is the rather easier lane to gank against mainly because of how squishy the champions at bot are - you can easily dive for a kill and make it out alive giving your team a free dragon.

If you know that your team will get a kill on an overextended enemy, remember to give it to YOUR teammates! This may sound a bit odd, but if your attack damage carry is more fed, the easier carrying the game will be.

We all can get cocky - don't be so over aggressive in your lane if you do not have your ultimate, you can easily let their middle lane snowball into mid and late game.

Remember, when you lose it isn't your fault! If you tried carrying as best as you can and earned a very impressive score (EX: 15/1/9) and you still lost, just remember you tried your best and congratulate the other team on their well-earned win.

ITEMS:
Try not to be so one-note when you build LeBlanc, there are times when you are winning and times you are losing, this is when you need to switch up your build.

Sight Wards! Health Potions! You should always have 2 to 3 of them in your inventory in the early and middle game to make sure you do not get ganked and allow you lane dominance.

If you see an enemy champion stacking tons of magic resist, aim another target; leave the tanky magic resist champion for your attack damage carry to kill him/her.

PLAYING AGAINST LEBLANC:
She can be very devastating, but remember to counter her by buying magic resist and a lot o health potions; you will catch up later into the game.

If you see her missing from your lane, V-ping and warn your bottom lane most likely that she is "MIA" (MISSING IN ACTION). This will prevent her from an easy double kill as she is a very strong ganker.

Play defensively against her, if she is walking up towards you just turn around, do NOT try to fight her head-on.

Her harassing combo is easily countered by health potions so remember to buy those.

Ask your jungler to gank for you after baiting out her Distortion & Mimic: Distortion, it should be a very easy kill.

In teamfights, try not to be too focused on her if she Distortions out of the fray, she is called The Deceiver for a reason as she will lure any one of you from a fight causing in an unwanted loss.

XVII. Concluding Notes

Here I will talk about my opinions on LeBlanc. I think she is a very fun champion to play because of her deceptive skills and especially when fed. However, I think she is a very weak champion when compared to others, she is not strong at all late game if your opponents are half as intelligent as cockroaches. I don't hate LeBlanc because I play her all the time but I find her as a very weak pick in accords to your team. Also, to those who say LeBlanc is an easy champion to play; she really is not. The difficult task in killing their carry in teamfights as LeBlanc is very difficult, only very high-skilled players can pull that off.

Finally after my wall of text, thank you for reading my first guide on my favorite champion, LeBlanc, The Deceiver. I spent around one day on it and worked very hard to please leave comments, questions, and concerns below and don't forget to upvote or downvote. Thank you once again and I hope you have enjoyed, and as my final note, there will be many more guides coming for more of my favorite champions.
