I like this, especially for having the Abyssal Scepter in your build.

This build has always worked for me. I used the items in my Lux build and it worked wonderfully as well.

I do advice u to take Clarity instead of ignite, and then take meja's soulstealer even b4 the catalyst the protector... LeBlanc is fked up if ur start is bad anyways, so u have to depend on the beginning, in wich a meja's soulstealer gives HUGE advantage after making ur first kill (or lesser a assist) since u have this awesome reach thx to distorsion u can get ur first few kills easily, and wich meja's on, u will have this awesome advantage in damage output AND damage range!

I'd throw out Archangels if you have MP per 5 regen.
And very first skill should be Distortion instead of Sigil of Silence - it deals more damage, while Sigil needs second skill to have full its power used. So in that way you can start harass early and last hit minions in same time.
