LeBlanc relies on early game dominance to snowball hard; she is not a sustained damage carry like , and she is not meant to jump right into the enemy team like . Therefore, rushing is a terrible idea because of its low AP/Cost ratio. By building this item first instead of , , or , you are giving up so much damage that you will no longer be able to 1-shot enemies, what is renowned for.

is useless because the enemy should be dead after your burst, so the passive doesn't help one bit. Starting also makes you have no sustain in lane, and you will be bullied back to base in no time against a competent enemy.

You labeled this build as "Pro", yet it seems like something that wouldn't work unless your opponent is 400 elo. Do you play against players, or exclusively against bots? I do not for one moment see any viability for this build in any way, shape, or form in PvP.
