Leblanc is very weak early game... without her ultimate, she cant nuke very hard in 1 combo, yes you can skill kill if you constantly harass enough that they have 200 HP left and u can use 1 or 2 skills to finish them, but if you had your ultimate, 1 combo would almost kill, if not kill them

Are you serious? It's not that weak seeing as how the runes focuses on AP. Yeah you are going to start off very squishy. so it's like a per level build.
