But the Q Flash R Combo was meant for early towerdives with ur mate.
And Since this is a laning lee build its not an overkill, pretty much everything is usefull and u can rlly get all those items in an avarage game.
the exThaust fail is unfortunately a behavior of mine since im not native english.
and in this post are even more mistakes yeah.. xD
Sure, getting all 3 would be great, but it's just too expensive - it's hardly viable.
If you're going for frozen mallet for the health, you should pick something else. I wouldn't say warmogs necessarily, maybe a mid-tier item.
As for the cutlass, what about getting wriggles lantern? More lifesteal, armor, less damage, and the ability to place wards. And it's cheaper. Note you can dash to wards with your W - and of course it's a free ward every 3 minutes saving you quite a bit of money and possibly denying a gank while laning.
Your reasoning for the items sounds okay on paper, but in actuality it's overkill. It's as if you don't have any allies throughout the game.
And lastly, you shouldn't "Q in, flash, and hit them back with R" unless you can't outrun them. It's better to hit the first Q on the enemy, kick them, and follow them again with your Q. Since your Q does 10% of their missing health in damage, this essentially adds 10% of your R's damage.
Only burn Q to get in close if you have allies waiting who can't catch up, and it's a definite, and meaningful kill. If you really need to close that distance, drop your lantern ward and dash to it instead. Should get you close enough to E them.
PS: It's Exhaust, not Exthaust
