and btw you dont really need the masteries in the tough skin, instead but it in summoners resolve, and the extra health, as it makes your more tanky anyways

Just a little constructive criticism:
Dislike how you get warmogs last, your jungle route; However, I do like the pictures youve added of your jungle path, the way i do it is either give blue to some1, wolves wraiths, mini golems, Gank, if not then go b and kill red and try for ganks when necessary, and your build should include everything you have listed however, change around your build because imo the best build goes like this:
Vampiric scepter
boots, health pot
Wriggles
merc treads/ Or w,e is necessary
tri-force
warmogs/atmas (which ever is more necessary in that order, but do get both)
then situational items. However it is still good
Cheers +1

My biggest qualm is why you get both Frozen Mallet and Trinity Force. You only need Triforce to get the slow you want; besides you'll be auto-attacking most of the time and the slow will be applied.

i get the frozen mallet for tankyness plus the passive on atma's. the slow off of trinity force means its left to chance which doesnt suit me, trinity froce os for the OTHER passive which is far better.
