For this you might want to start wraiths bring them all half health and then tempest after that go for smite-less red if u can and quick blue u should get it with no problem figuring that yo already have some tanky in you then after blue gank any lane.. the one you feel comfortable with this should get you a bit more lvled then there jungler and with the guide i told you, you should be unstoppable and a great addiditon to the team well guys this is Alex and i hope u enjoyed this guide!
