Hello, this is just a quick guide I made after trying some different jungle routes and items after the new patch, hope you like it.

For the first build this is the route I take.

Big wolf, leave the small wolves.(optional)
Blue buff, leash helps it should be about 1 second until it spawns by the time you get there if you start at big wolf.
Wraiths, start with the big one.
Golems, you can use smite here if you don't intend to get red buff.
Red buff, pretty straight forward, use smite.(optional)
Now you can either gank or go back to base to buy, your choise.

Now, follow your jungle instincts!

For the second build, this is the route I take.

Wolves, start with the big one.
Wraiths, use smite on the big one asap.
Golems, yep, nothing new here :/
Gank, if you don't gank this build was a waste and you should have picked the other one.

You should generally follow the item build above, but you ofcourse have to play according to your own playstyle.

I haven't made a full itembuild because you just can't do that with lee sin. But those are just some general items I like to get during a game.

Here's a list of Items to fill up the extra slots.

Items used for tanky lee sin:

Warmog's(an extra one, you should always have one anyway)
Frozen Mallet(instead of of trinity force)
Force of Nature
Aegis of the Legion

Items used for damage Lee Sin:

Bloodthirster
Trinity Force(instead of frozen mallet)
Black Cleaver(very situational)
