force is meaningless without skill.
the AP is basically useless, your shields primary use is as a dash to get you in or out of a battle. and iron will makes you able to take alot of damage if you build enough AD.
when you harass with Q/Q, before you use your resonating strike get your W ready to dash out immediately. so basically you ninja kick in and dash out IMMEDIATELY dont sit there to get your two auto attacks in because it will allow them to retaliate with abilities and then you find yourself taking more damage than you dish out. i find that when i do this (lee sins dashes are VERY fast) you can hit the noob and escape before the enemy has time to react. if your playing against for example nunu or kassadin, you will often dash out and get out of range before you get hit with ice blast/null sphere.
