I run 21/9 masteries on Lee Sin because he needs that damage early game and it'll be helpful in ganks aswell. You don't really need Fury since you get the attack speed from your spells,so think Sorcery would be better for camp clearing.

I run flat ad marks,5 flat armor and 4 hp/level seals, flat magic resist glyphs.
I think flat ad marks are the best runes for lee,to give the best in early game.I used to run 9 flat armor seals, but after the nerfs I noticed that hp/level seals are better. And of course flat AD Quintessences for his nice scaling with ad.

Spells

Flurry
After using an ability, Lee Sin's next 2 basic attacks within 3 seconds gain 40% attack speed and return 15 energy each.

Sonic Wave
Lee Sin shoots a wave of sound in a line, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it hits and granting true sight of it for 3 seconds. If Sonic Wave hits, Lee Sin can cast Resonating Strike within the next 3 seconds.

Resonating Strike
Lee Sin dashes to the enemy marked by Sonic Wave, dealing physical damage including 8% of the target's missing health. Minions and monsters take a maximum of 400 damage.

Safeguard
Lee Sin dashes to a target ally. If the ally is a champion, they and Lee Sin receive a shield that lasts 4 seconds and Safeguard's cooldown is halved. Lee Sin can activate Safeguard on himself to receive the shield, and can cast Iron Will within 3 seconds.

Iron Will
For 4 seconds, Lee Sin gains bonus life steal and spell vamp.

Tempest
Lee Sin smashes the ground, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies and granting true sight of them for 4 seconds. If Tempest hits an enemy, Lee Sin can cast Cripple within the next 3 seconds.

Cripple
Lee Sin cripples all enemies within range that are marked by Tempest, reducing their movement and attack speed for 4 seconds, decaying over the duration.

Dragon's Rage
Lee Sin launches a powerful roundhouse kick, dealing physical damage to a target champion and knocking it back 1200 units over 1 second. Enemies the target collides with take the same damage and are knocked airborne for 1 second.

Maxing Sonic Wave on Lee Sin is standard,as you get more ganking potential.I don't suggest you to max Safeguard second, because after the nerfs on its cooldown you can't get that much sustain as before from Iron Will,so maxing Tempest second,is the best choice.

Jungle Route

When I'm playing on the blue side I start from the red buff,to get that nice pull from bot lane. Then i clear the wraith camp and go straight to the blue buff. From there of course gank mid or top,and if there is no gankable lane, you can counter jungle, since Lee Sin is one of the strongest champions early game.

On the purple side you need to start from the blue buff,to get that nice pull from bot lane. Then i clear the wraith camp and go straight to the red buff. From there of course gank mid or top,and if there is no gankable lane, you can counter jungle, since Lee Sin is one of the strongest champions early game.

Tips and Tricks

Resonating Strike does bonus damage based on the enemy's missing health. Use smite before activating it to do extra damage. (When executing monsters like buffs or dragon, use smite when the monster has as much health as your smite damage + 200-300).

Iron Will gives both lifesteal and spellvamp. Use this to your advantage by smiting with Iron Will active to gain some health back. This can save you from DoT abilities like ignite.

Because of Flurry, you want to space out your abilities by two auto attacks each. This will make your jungling a lot more efficient.

Wardjump -
Use this trick to chase, escape or perform creative ganks combining it with Dragon's Rage.
All you need to do is just place Stealth Ward and Safeguard on it.

Insec -- --
One of the most famous Lee Sin's combos is to hit an enemy with Sonic Wave, Resonating Strike, place Stealth Ward behind him, Safeguard and Dragon's Rage.
This is useful in ganks, and in late game,to catch the enemy carry if he's out of position.
