to be honest I am still trying to figure out a item build for lee sin, just can't put my finger on it..
Lee Sin's a little bit of a glass cannon, and he usually gets targeted really hard due to all of his abilities being up-close. That's why I usually like to go tanky with him, and then give him some AD items. Have you tried out my build? If you're trying to lane with him, remove the cloth armor start-up, and remove wriggles from the build, and just start with a Ruby Crystal in order to rush a HoG for the HP and GP10, and continue on with the build I posted here.
It's all preference. Give it a shot, and see how you like it.
Personally, I wouldn't suggest it, as you could consider that you were doing true damage with a majority of your abilities with ARPen, but with DMG/PL, you would be losing some of the damage, since the armor would be effecting it. You'd probably be doing as much damage as if you didn't even pick up the marks and quints. But, that's just me guessing. Try it out if you want.

considering LS's AD ratios, the dmg per level marks and quints are tempting

Looks like a solid guide and item build, though I do suggest you add in a video or something of your jungling route. Or at least pictures.
