Seems solid to me. Three questions:

1. Why take a BT and Hydra? Isn't that overkill?
2. Why not mention Cleaver? The synergy with hydra is very strong.
3. Why not start Elixir of Fortitude + 3 pots?

as lee you need also some other helping items as sightstone or solaris ...put them in your guide ;)

Oh but I did. I played him both mid, top and jungle. As an assassin, he loses all potential outside skirmishes. 5v5 fights is lee's biggest weakness, and full-dps makes that even worse. It pretty much denies you the possibility to use your mobility in teamfights (nor insec moves because that requires you to initiate fights).

You can run it to split push with, but you should specifically mention this in your guide if that is your intention.

PS: Lee top is a waste of his jungling potential IMO.

Well this isn't my point of view of lee sin. You didn't played him well enough to see his potential as an full AD assassin.

I don't like the build because 4 offensive items is REALLY risky and you only mention 2 other viable defensive items. If you build full DPS, you'll be useless in every teamfight.
