I max tempest first because it is an extremely cool spell and it will give me a legendary kill.

Nice build, I like it. Although, I would get FoN after atmas, or at least get a negatron cloak then atmas, since the damage is just so good on the atmas passive. This is a great build, and it's usually how I build him even when I jungle.
Although, you should really work on a jungling part. Lee sin's jungle is really fun IMO.
As you see my build is in reconstruction and i just finished the testing :)

Nice guide, I've been playing Lee almost since he was released and I feel Trinity Force is too good to pass up. I use exactly the same runes, summoner spells and masteries, however I disagree at a few points.
Maxing Q first is a must, it gives so much burst combined with TF. But then I'd max shield over Tempest. I feel the extra shield, armor and lifesteal/spellvamp is much better than a bit more dmg (sometimes you cant even land it) and the slow increase is unnoticeable (one rank is enough along with phage's slow). Also I don't like the TF+FM combo. As said before you already slow people with TF and cripple, and FM is mostly purchased for its HP+slow. If you don't need the slow, go Warmogs. I'd consider going FoN instead of BV if got Warmogs, you got enough health from it so you can get some more MR from FoN and it's unique stats.

If you read my skill sequence section i say you can max out W or E after Q. That triforce+frozen mallet is a pretty poor combo i know but i haven't changed the build yet cuz im lazy as **** :P

Yup, he doesn't...Yes, Trinity Force is great item for him.
Anyway, i prefer to jungle as Lee Sin, but this build seems to be really solid, +1
