You want health. This build is built around Atmas. You get the damage you need to kill enemies and the health with armor to survive their struggle for life. At 18, you will be getting a lot of extra health from these runes, which, means a lot of extra damage.

Masteries are for your tanking support and to help with the mana starvation early level.

The build is based upon Atma. Warmong gives the nice health to get bonus damage. Frozen mallet give health and damage, Sunfire gives constant damage and health, and of course Atma and Tiamat WHICH is optional. I have been trying to figure out replacements for Tiamt, Bloodthirster, Black Cleaver and I have tried Trinity Force. But I like Tiamat better than all of them. Personal preferance I guess.

Pretty basic. I like it.

Heal. Because...You're a tank. Its nice.

Ignite. Because....*****es be tryn' to run!
