Your build isn't wrong but you have a big problem, you are basically a glasscannon, in teamfight you get taunt or stun and you are dead in 2 sec, you can't use your ulti to escape and you have less thar 2k of hp and non defensive spells like cleanse or a item wich does the work, you need to be very careful and there is the risk of being useless for the team or be killed and lose stacks.
It is almost equal to the other kass's build on this page
EDIT: i saw you change to cleanse, but you still having problemns in team fight if your team is not doing right.
Make thats "updates" in the graphs
It's all about timing. If you initiate with Kassadin, no matter what, you're going to get, stunned, and killed. However, if you hang back and watch, wait for one of their CC to get blown, then pop in and kill the ones that still seem to have CC up, nobody but a cyborg has the reflexes to destroy you in the few seconds riftwalk is on cooldown. Kassadin doesn't die "."
