mastery is very good here. You can try 0/21/9 or 1/21/8 for improved Exhaust; none of the 9-point utilities are that great.I'd get Frozen Heart only very situationally, if ever.I'm definitely not saying not to get  Mercury's Treads, because they're great. I just think it's worth trying  Ionian Boots of Lucidity and seeing how it goes sometime. At 40% CDR,  Leona's Eclipse has more uptime than downtime, meaning she can go in and out of teamfights with ease, and Q is always available when you think it should be. And there's that feeling of, "zomg, my ult is available again already?!?", too.Everything else looks fine for now, but I could've missed something. Thanks for your comment. I will maybe finetune my item build a bit more. There's a lot of armor indeed. GP10 seals will probably work very well instead of armor. I think one person on your team should have frozen hard. Yes the mana is a little overkill, but the passive is extremely good. Usually there's a jungler, top or mid who buys it, but otherwise, I think you should. It's really a matter of opinion where to get your CDR from. As you can see on the cheat sheet, this build gives 40% (max) CDR, so Ionian Boots of Lucidity would be useless. I have tried then on Leona with different builds though and it works well.The suggestion about taking impoved exhaust seems interesting, I will look at that tomorrow (it's 03:00 here now).

Overall, this is a good guide. However, rather than a matchups section, I would suggest a laning partners section so that new Leona players can know who to play Leona with and who not to. However, a matchups section is still fine, I'm not saying it isn't with my previous statement. Otherwise, nice job :)

I think the  Randuin's Omen active is probably good enough, but you might need a good team to make the most of it. I tend to hold onto my GP10 forever, though. X-PI don't get enough practice popping the active, but it's the same thing, only you have to save it for in between stuns when Trynd spins in out of nowhere, or something. I tend to forget that I have the item, when I finally get around to buying it, if ever. X-P Nothing can hold me back!

Ward guide chart assumes that you're on Blue Team. Remark needed. (Also, "blue buff defense" - one of these is the red buff.) The buff defense ward is especially potent after the corresponding tower falls, at which point it's a very strong ward just for walking around in your own jungle safely and stopping ganks at the next tower. Nothing can hold me back!

I find it amusing how your starting items up until and including  Shurelya's Reverie are exactly the same as mine on  Taric. Just goes on to prove my point that Leona and Taric are very similar.At any rate, let me get my minor complaints out of the way.
