Just recently picked up Leona, followed your guide and have found her to be even more enjoyable to play than Blitzcrank (my previous "main"). Hopefully you update this soon for Season 3 :D

First time Leona, fed our tristana 10/0 in under 15 minutes loooooool. Also got "#1 Leona NA" and 3 honors for teamwork. Maybe it was the other team that was horrible but this build is cool. I was a bit skeptical about the Regrowth Pendant start though.

This build made me love Leona... but what I think might help is using HP5 regen flat quints, so that you have a more flexible starting item choice. I hate being stuck with Pendant, and having no wards bot, so maybe switch move speed quints for HP5, and buying boots/pot and a ward? or maybe even being able to start with standard mp5 item into philo and wards/pots? Just a suggestion...

I still think a support should have at least 1 ward at beginning, regardless. It's a kill lane support, but very susceptible to ganks.

Tried it and got 2/4/11 on my first game(and two of the kills were just dumb so it's more like a 2/2/11). I wouldn't have bought Leona for 6300 IP before without trying her and now i really feel it's a strong tank. And with strong i mean REALLY strong.

I ran with Philosoper and Heart of Gold without boots for almost 15/20 minutes for test purposes only and i was immortal, late game i was focused sometimes and still was immortal. Plus i like her skills and the devastating power of her charge while initiating a teamfight.
Oh and the item sequence you provided(which for the first part is the same i use as Alistar support and Sejuani jungler) is great on her, +1 FROM ME!

Nice guide. I oike sunfire cape, makes her look better imo, or i think. Havent played her, but im gonna try her.

you know i play Leona a lot, and i have my own build for her, but I always look at the builds on here for new ideas. Great job :)
