Great guide, I stopped playing Leona because I always went full tank and always had bad pairings because I solo queue. But this really makes me want to play her again especially since my friend has Graves.

One question though what item would you recommend for getting tenacity in case you are up against a heavy CC team? The only ones I can think of are Mercury's Treads but we already have the cooldown reduction boots, and Eleisa's Miracle instead of getting Shurelya's Reverie with your philosopher's stone.

Any info you can give on my question is greatly appreciated

As for a Tenacity Item, Eleisa's Miracle is the one I'd go with if you needed Tenacity-- builds right out of the Philosopher's Stone you'll be holding onto the whole game, and is only a 500 gold investment. Not to mention it adds quite a hefty amount of HP Regen and Mana Regen as well.

However, I will say this; the reason I don't suggest tenacity items in general is because if the enemy team wastes their CC on you, then good. That's one less CC effect your ally didn't have to take. The only time I could see finishing an Eleisa's Miracle is against a team with multiple team stuns,
i.e. Veigar, Kennen, Morgana, Amumu etc...

Beyond that it's just not worth the 500 gold, rather put it toward an Oracle's Elixir or a bunch of sight wards to ward up your jungle/river. Although I think I will put that as a potential end game item now, so thanks for reminding me. ^^ If you have anymore questions or even just wanna play sometime, lemme know. xD

I really really enjoyed using the leona in this way, a tank is not what I usually play but the items you set out for leona make it incredibly easy to tank. A beginner can easily use this guide to play as the frontline soldier in their team :)

So it was a quick skim for me through the explanation parts of the guide and im just using the masteries/item build, works well
