Warwick Build Guide by TboydSteam

Im liking this ww guide. Personally when im looking at a new champ and look to mobafire to a guide explaining this champ I like to see a general item build, your is good, dont doubt it but it has no direction, tank, magic dmg, attack dmg, health, life steal. to many things. I recommend getting rid of Wriggles, Early game its a beast but late whats the point of having it when theres items that do the same but better? It also messes with the comp of your build, it barely gives any life steal, and when you already have life steal, other items give better armour. not to mention the extra creep dmg, that you already have from bloodrazors.

Nice guide, I wouldn't grab a Wriggle's Lantern as core though, it kind of delays your build and the real reason you'd want it is to jungle faster. The proc is kind of useless at top unless you're hard pushing and the life steal + AD can be gotten from other items.

Also, E before W is...O_o

Useless against most solo tops because they usually have some kind of sustain, or build a lot of it. Just regularly sinking points into W is better. Getting it to avoid jungler ganks won't really work either because again, a lot of junglers have high sustain so they won't be low enough to activate and for you to spot them.

Awesome guide, i found it very usefull. havent been able to get a tanky ww guide that i liked, but this one did the job. +1

I definitely expected people to disagree with taking 3 points in E before W. really I feel that depends on the game and many times I still get that choice wrong in games. XD

and wriggle's is something I feel that's somewhat of a super doran's item in top lane against AD. gives you some AD, armor, lifesteal, passive that helps with pushing/counterpushing if you need to do so (warwick is horrible at pushing without wriggles/madred's razors), and free wards. there are other items that give AD and lifesteal, but none of them offer the other perks of wriggles and all of them are more expensive. it definitely falls off later in the game, but a strong early/mid game is just as important in my opinion.

As far as a first guide, this is great. I don't know much about playing warwick, or at least i didn't. I do agree with some of the other posters on wriggles(i do understand your position on it, my personal veiw just lines up more with theirs), but overall your information has good quality so it'll be a plus 1 from me.

yeah just remember the build at the top is a general/ideal build. wriggles is only really appropriate against AD. even then, skipping it and just rushing glacial shroud wouldn't be awful.

just the same against APs you could skip chalice and go straight to wit's end or visage. I really wouldn't recommend that though as chalice helps loads against the manaless AP tops and only costs 890 gold.
