I'd change Yomumus ghostblade with a Frozen Mallet. You dont need the crit-chance or the CDR, but you need Frozen Mallet's passive(for chasing)and health, because you're a tanky bruiser(or an offtank).Also i'd probably change Force of Nature with Thornmail if the opposing team has a lot of ad(which is very situational, but still) .This is pretty close to what i usually use for my Garen build. But this build just lacks a lot of information about why and when do you pick some items/masteries/rune.
