Fiddlesticks Guide
Lets name the ''Pentakill'' ----> ''Fiddlekill''
Instead of putting another point in E at level 5 it's usually better to put it in W or Q. If you put it in W you get 30 more damage per second and 5% more health restored, and Q would an extra half second which could help out a lot when you get your ult next level. Putting it in E gives you 20 more damage, which I guess helps out when you're farming because of the 50% more damage to minions.

i dont like ur seals .. u could think of clarity instead
i think -3 Transmutation and +1 runic affinity +1 archmage +1 executioner would be better
