Just a quick edit Update for polishing my comments on Ryze. Also Note that Ryze Isn't the Reverse Valdimir that I though of. He just empowers his Abilities, rather then giving him Ability Power Itself. Sorry for Hypebrak guys. :(

Archangel's or Maramana (Mana Sword Thingy) is what gives the Expression that makes any AD or AP Champion a Reverse Valdimir, and same goes for Ryze. You can Take Ryial's for your Fourth or Last Build, but sadly enough for many champions, they cannot abuse Ryial's. Archangel's Will give Ryze the Mana Sustain and little Extra AP that he needs, whist with Ryial's, You are forced to use your Mana extra carefully if Ryze doesn't have enough Mana.

Archangel works really good on him to afford to leave it out. Mabyu s*** it for Ryials?

By the Way, Archangel's Staff is Super Smooth on him. He can Work very well with it. If anything, you can replace Ryial's for Archangel's.
