Okay so right off the bat I'll say what this build lacks in defensive ability it makes up for in power and ******ed lifesteal. The amount of lifesteal attack speed and attack power allows for you to full heal off of just once minion camp which helps later on while trying to run away to live..(quick hit **** as you run and before u know it ur topped off). While fighting some champs you can even heal more then they can deal due to some enemies attack speeds. The bonus damage from execution is often overlooked although its secretely a tank killer so endgame combine that with madreds = no tank can kill you. Those two bonuses plus your quick damage output and lifesteal keeping u up a tank even with thornmail wont be able to being you lower then 3/4 of your health *tested*. Next thing to note is that no im not crazy in ignoring jack in the box and leveling two shiv second. Since two shiv use ability scales with ap which we dont have any until buying hextech gunblade as the last item (if the game even lasts that long) deceive will be our strongest attack and as such will have to be our opener. Since deceive will be spammed so hard we need that low mana cost and witht he glyphs and small help from masteries the cooldown should be low enough so that by the time u need it, it will be ready. Overall the build may seem awkward but once the madreds has been built you will see why the build is so dangerous and able to tear through the health of any champ while keeping your own stable. The only alternates that i would suggest as a final weapon instead of hextech would be a sunfire cape for the health and dot, youmuu's ghostblade for the cd reduction and the sick use effect, or even infinity edge for the cheer fact that as the build goes on you'll see constant 300-600 crits get thrown around so the edge would severly buff those crits
