Pros :
+ Nice Burst
+ Facerolling abilities
+ Op escape/chase
+ Easy farming
+ Hard to towerdive
+ A jungler gank = 1 kill

- Mana hungry if you spam
- Not a great range

Items

Those items are the core of my ice cannon, allowing you to destroy the ennemy team, and then maybe die. But the game will be a victory !

With full build + elixir you will have 700+ AP and 58 mPen. With Blue buff, you'll have 40% cdr.
Let's Math : Your full combo will deal 2930 damage(without liandry's passive), and with all the mpen you have, a not-tank champ will probably die, and all you abilities are aoe, that's so great !

Team Work

You can engage with E, ulti (you or someone), facerolling abilities and zhonya, and then your team will finish the poor low life tanks.
