Lissandra - The Ice Witch - History
''Close your eyes and let the cold take you.''
Lissandra's magic twists the pure power of ice into something dark and terrible. With the force of her black ice, she does more than freeze - she impales and crushes those who oppose her. To the terrified denizens of the north, she is known only as ''The Ice Witch.'' The truth is much more sinister: Lissandra is a corruptor of nature who plots to unleash an ice age on the world.
Centuries ago, Lissandra betrayed her tribe to evil creatures, known as the Frozen Watchers, in return for power. That was the last day that warm blood ran through her veins. With her corrupted tribesmen and the strength of the Watchers, she swept across the land like a terrible blizzard. As her empire spread, the world grew colder and ice choked the land. When the Watchers were defeated by ancient heroes, Lissandra did not lose faith and swore to prepare the world for their return.
Lissandra worked to purge all knowledge of the Watchers from the world. Using magic to take human form, she masqueraded as numerous seers and elders. Over the course of generations, she rewrote the stories of the Freljord, and so the history of its people changed. Today the fragmented retellings of the Watchers are seen as children's tales. But this deception wasn't enough - Lissandra also needed an army.
She set her sights on the noble Frostguard tribe. Lissandra knew corrupting the Frostguard would take centuries, and so she launched her greatest deception. She murdered and stole the identity of the Frostguard leader. Then she slowly began to warp the tribe's proud traditions. When her human form grew old, she faked her own death and then murdered her successor to steal her identity. With each generation, the Frostguard grew more insular, cruel and twisted. Today, the world still sees them as a noble and peaceful tribe that guards against evil creatures like the Ice Witch. In truth, they now serve the witch and long for the glorious return of the Watchers.
Lissandra knows that on that day nations will fall and the world will be reborn in ice.
Lissandra - The Ice Witch - All Powers
Passive- Iceborn: Every 18 seconds Lissandra's next ability costs no mana. This cooldown is reduced by 1 second whenever Lissandra impairs an enemy's movement with an ability (does not apply to movement-impairing effects from items).
- Q- Ice Shard: Throws a spear of ice that shatters when it hits an enemy, dealing magic damage and slowing Movement Speed. Shards pass through the target, dealing the same damage to other enemies hit.

- E- Glacial Path: Lissandra creates an ice claw that deals magic damage. Reactivating this ability transports Lissandra to the claw's current location.
Casts an ice claw that deals 70/115/160/205/250 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage to all enemies hit. Reactivating this ability transports Lissandra to the claw's current location.
- R- Frozen Tomb: If cast on an enemy champion, the target is frozen solid, stunning it. If cast on Lissandra, she encases herself in dark ice, becoming untargetable and invulnerable. Dark ice then emanates from the target dealing magic damage to enemies and slowing Movement Speed.
On Enemy Cast: Freezes target champion solid, stunning it for 1.5 seconds.
On Self Cast: Lissandra encases herself in dark ice for 2.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and invulnerable but unable to take any actions.Dark ice then emanates from the target dealing 150/250/350 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies. The ice lasts for 3 seconds and slows enemy Movement Speed by 20/30/40%.

Lissandra is Weak Against
Kassadin:Just attack against him because his defense is low and small range.
Plus his silencing can hinder you much
Lux:The secret is always against lux dodge and try to take the damage as much as possible for effective assaults.
Try to avoid stuns Lux
Diana:Because most of their attacks are in the area, can block many attacks by Diana
Try to be careful with the combo of Diana
Anivia:Try to avoid to the maximum the powerful combination of Q and E, Anivia
When the passive Anivia is active try to save your ultimate for when she is reborn
Zyra:Try to dodge the spikes and not get too close to the plants zyra
Zylean: Zilean can be a little difficult to beat him.
Be careful not to spend your Frozen Tomb as the ultimate wonder of the Zilean revives. Try to use it at the right time
Be very careful with watches pumps zylean, a good defense against them if you are a low life is uses Zhonya Hourglass or Frozen Tomb.

Mordekaiser: Mordekaiser is a Mid enemy very hard to beat him, almost impossible, at the beginning of the game try not to get too close to him and if it is loaded with shell try using normal attacks to dissipate it and then cause the maximum possible damage and recoils, if it is to be particularly careful to ultimate n get low life if it occurs a very good time to use his Zhonya Hourglass or Frozen Tomb.
Gragas: Gragas is a bit difficult to beat him because he has a mana regeneration a bit too high with the help of Q Gragas.
Try to divert the maximum of barrels of Gragas, and be very careful to stay near the tower or when the enemy is near the Jungle Gragas ultimate because it can be deadly
Cassiopeia: Cassiopeia is very difficult to farm against her in mid because venomous explosion of Cassiopeia is very strong and very hard to escape, and her combo can be easily started with the ultimate it causing you to be petrified.
Not to be taken by surprise by her combo try to stay at a safe distance.
For her n take much advantage and you get to farm with her try to stay behind the minions and when it is close to an minions try to attack you use your Q and shy, do it several times to get to farm and cause damage to it.
Syndra: Syndra is an enemy in mid you can beat it in so a bit of trouble.
Try to cause as much damage with his Q more careful with the combo of her balls.
If you need to get help from your jungle to kill her and you n miss a lot of life, but have a chance of being picked up by a jungle ambush the enemy when you return to base
Talon: Talon is extremely difficult to overcome the Enemy.
Try to stay away from him over the Maximum a distance you can pharma and approach are a bit of enemy minions to use your Q to do damage on Talon.
How is Talon Attack clinch you have a little advantage.
To kill him without taking much risk ask your Jungle.
Lissandra is Strong Against
Katarina:She's only attack with high damage in a very short range, so keep distance to create a secure area to attack and defend.
And using his ultimate Frozen Tomb can easily cut the ultimate katarina

Karthus:When Karthus are using your Ultimate you can stop it using Frozen Tomb making him lose the Ultimate

Orianna: Orianna is a very strong Enemy in Mid lane. Try to stay moving to avoid being hit by the ball Orianna, be careful especially with the combo of Orianna. A very useful is the Defense Hourglass Zhonya or Frozen Tomb. Your exhaust will be very useful to escape the Orianna combo
Annie: An enemy in mid lane very easy to beat
Just be careful with the passive stuns Annie and try the maximum damage and retreat to the rear minions
Yasuo: Yasuo is an enemy in Mid very easy to shoot.
As his attack is infighting takes advantage of you.
Try n let him hold the shield more if he carry two normal attacks will end its his shield so you have to do as much damage as you can and retreat.
When Yasuo is with the ultimate goals, be careful what became of him.
Xerath: Xerath is very easy to shoot.
Try to dodge the energy bolts and attack him in his area.
More particularly you must be careful with the ball it is, if you hit it it will start the combo WHAT it can be very dangerous.
If he starts using his ultimate on you to use your Glacial Path close to him and use your Frozen Tomb to the ultimate end of Xerath
Ahri: Ahri can seem hard to beat her in Mid, but it is not.
The only thing you need to do is to divert heart she shoots so she can n start your combo with deadly damage.
She is too weak to escape a gank or your Glacial Path.
It is very easy to farm against it try only divert the ball she throws her no harm on you.
Malzahar: Malzahar is not very difficult to win.
You just need to take care of the Void Minion him and with the combo of W and R Malzahar because it can make the ultimate stay with monstrous damage.
Heimerdinger: Heimerdinger can be a little hard to beat.
The towers it can be an advantage and a disadvantage, because his Q does damage the towers hit Heimerdinger.
Be very careful when reaching the area of attack towers to not be stunned by the grenade rays and he uses the ultimate in you, it can be fatal.
More whenever possible do not use the flash save it for when you use the Glacial Path and your combo together in Heimerdinger towers near him because if you get low on life will need flash to escape from his towers and not be killed.

Sorcere's Shoes for more magic penetration who is very usefull for one AP Carry
Zhonya Hourglass for the good sinergy with your ulti + very AP and Armor
Lyandry's Torment give you magic penetration + HP + AP, so it's pretty nice and with him passive and your slow's abilities nice synergy.
Void Staff for the AP and for the nice 35% magic penetration.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter Slow can be very useful for survival and also to have an easy kill, and give much AP and also very Life.
Rabbadon's Deathcap for your burst power, nuke power, it's essential.
Lissandra - The Ice Witch - Early Game
Lissandra has a fairly good early game, being an extremely capable farmer and pusher. From levels 1 through 4 you generally want to use only auto-attacks to last hit the minions for farm and some moderate auto-attack harass on the enemy laner. You generally don't want to use your abilities unless required to grab a minion kill, otherwise you will find yourself out of mana very quickly.
Once you hit level 4 the real fun can begin! Try and get a blue buff as early as possible and hold on to it for dear life, if you manage to lose it to your opponent you'll find yourself in a lot of trouble very quickly. Lissandra's main harass comes in the form of repeat Ice Shards and, when the time is right, Ring of Frost. With a blue buff you should be able to keep up the pressure on your opponent without draining too much of your mana pool. I don't recommend using Glacial Path to harass or farm with, unless you're using it to push your lane while your opponent is at base. As it's Lissandra's only escape, you should have it up to escape from any opposing ganks. If you do find yourself in trouble and can't escape with Glacial Path, often a well time Ring of Frost is sufficient to escape.
Once you get Frozen Tomb and hopefully have your opponent on 50% health or less, you should be able to burst them down. Lissandra's burst combo involves using your Glacial Path to close the gap between yourself and the enemy (if you manage to damage them with it, even better!), opening with Frozen Tomb and unloading a quick Ice Shard and Ring of Frost on them. At this point, you can ignite them if available and continue to whittle them down with Ice Shard as needed until you get the kill.
Lissandra's early game roaming potential is also high; if your opponent has gone to base or has left lane, utilise her mobility to get to and gank either top or bottom lane. Again, her crowd-control allows the players in these lanes to capitalise, often ensuring a kill.
Lissandra - The Ice Witch - Mid Game
The mid-game tends to begin when a few turrets have been destroyed and laners begin to roam the map much more often. Lissandra is considered at her best during this phase of the game. Hopefully you will have a couple of core items (Sorcerer's Shoes, Zhonya's and Lyandry's) which will allow you to travel with your team and pick off squishier targets quickly (using your burst combo outlined above). If people are still sticking in their lanes for the most part, use your crowd-control and mobility to jump into these lanes and lock-down the high priority targets for the kill.
In the event of a team-fight you'll need to make a big choice with your Frozen Tomb: to self-cast or to cast it on an enemy. As a rule of thumb, I generally neglect self-casting if I am not in any trouble myself or if I have my Zhonya's active available for use. If you're able to use Glacial Path to get close enough to use your Frozen tomb on the enemy ADC or mid-laner then go for it. The damage and slow will be enough to disrupt the enemy team, allowing you some easy hits with with Ice Shard and Ring of Frost.
Basically you will want to use the phase of the game to farm creeps and push lanes, use your CC and some help from your team to kill high priority targets and, in the case of a team-fight, use your CC to disrupt and nuke the enemy team.
Lissandra - The Ice Witch - Late Game
This point of the game mainly revolves around large scale team-fights and taking objectives (towers, inhibitors and Baron). Lissandra is still exceptionally useful and relevant during this part of the game, using her kit to initiate on and disrupt enemy teams during fights, usually enough to break the enemy team up. Winning team fights at this part of the game is crucial, as a win allows your team to push down multiple objectives and break into the opponent's base.
With your Void Syaff/Lyandry's Torment and Sorcerer's Shoes help you with max Magic Penetration for your skills have more damage, meaning your abilities are much more spammable and available for use during team-fights - make sure you have a blue buff as often as you possibly can. Stay towards the back of your team; you do not need to be in front as your Glacial Path allows you to get up close and personal with your opponents from a safe distance. Once a team fight breaks out, find a target, Glacial Path in and Frozen Tomb them. If you find yourself in danger or under fire, activate your Zhonya's Hourglass. If the enemy team isn't paying you much attention, unload your Ice Shards and Rings of Frost as often as their cooldowns allow. From this point, if the team fight was successful you might want to use your Glacial Path to catch up to and kill any runners, or, if the fight is looking bleak, use your Glacial Path to escape from the fray.
At this point of the game the objective is to simply win team-fights and push into the enemy base for the win.
Lissandra - The Ice Witch - Gratitude
Lissandra is a good AP Carry with Slow can act as support to the most viable lanes it is TOP MID APC or APC, it has a good exhaust and the Hourglass Zhonya Frozen Tomb and his ultimate she can protect yourself from many skills.
FOR ME Lissandra is the best Mage in the LoL, and Lissandra is my main mid and one of the APC that I know play perfectly
