Lee Sin works great in the jungle with his shield that he gives himself, attack speed boost, energy return, and lifesteal/spellvamp with the shields second cast. This guide will only cover the jungling aspects for a laning Lee Sin guide, and other info on him click HERE. Ganking info will be in the other guide.

Runes

Rune are really up to your preference. He is a pretty strong jungler and ganker. These however is what I take.
Defensive Build
Giving attack speed to clear faster, with the passive lifesteal from safegaurd fast attacks=more life stolen.
Flat armor seals so that jungle monsters deal less damage to you. Also good if a lot of the enemy team is physical (but this is pure luck).
Greater Glyph of Acumen. This option did not appear in the list of runes for rune build nor does it have an icon. Flat energy seals so that you can get a full combo off without much problem.
Greater Quintessence of DesolationFor armor penetration on any and all targets, including jungle monsters.
Offensive Build
Giving attack speed to clear faster, with the passive lifesteal from safegaurd fast attacks=more life stolen.
Flat HP seals to survive better and when ganking have a better chance of survival no matter if they are magic, physical or true damage.
You will find that your magic resist will be lacking almost all the time. Especially late game. Flat Magic Resist will make up for some of that.
Greater Quintessence of DesolationFor armor penetration on any and all targets, including jungle monsters. Also good because you won't have a Last Whisper till much later.

Masteries

Defensive Build
1 point in Offence to grab improved smite
21 Points in Defense for to become more tanky.
8 Points in Utility for which improves EXP rate.

Offensive Build
21 Points in Offence for the improved damage with while grabbing improved Smite.
3 Points in Defense for Extra Armor to take less damage while Jungling.
6 Points in Utility to take for more EXP.
