Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
This is not a troll. People often underestimate jungle Twitch. I'm here to tell you hes viable and its downright OP. Yeah hes squishy and can be countered very easily but if you do this right you can carry your team to victory.
For the ranked games i've tried it in, its dominated and carried my team.
Note: I did well but my team just failed miserably. I hope to change this soon and get all wins.
This does not mean this guide or build is bad!
Creeping / Jungling
Start off at blue golems.
Get someone to leash and get another ally to help hit it a few times.
-This way you get away with almost full health if done properly.
-You will be level 2 as soon as they're cleared.
After blue golems is cleared gank either top or mid (if your blue team)
or bot or mid. (if your purple team.)
3: Stay in lane if gank successful till level 3.
4: You should back now and buy boots of mobility.
5: Time to go ganking! Call out your ganks and look for someone whos over extended.
6: After you gank, back again and buy items to start on red.
Always remember to keep using pots! I keep about 5 on me at all times if possible.
-Make sure you are fully stealthed before you expose yourself.
(Common mistake is people stealth and instantly get out of bush.
It takes a second for twitch to stealth so wait till he is!)
-Get in the best location.
(Stand where the person your ganking will have to retreat to.
This way they will have to flash into you or run to you then flash to get away.)
-Ignite / @lvl4 Debilitating poison after 1 stack RIGHT AWAY!!
(They will run almost right away every time you gank so try to slow them
and do as much damage as possible in the shortest ammount of time!)
-Wait till the last possible second to expunge.
(Let some poison damage tick on them and use it to finish them off if they get too far.)
More speed = More poison stacks. All are speed runes except marks. Marks are armor pen and combined with your masteries its enough to do damage to squishies.
Almost standard 21/0/9 Build for a AD Jungle. The extra armor pen / minion damage helps a lot because twitch is squishy!
I rush boots and 3 pots early game. This way you will gank faster after hitting level 2.
Also I do not rush infinity edge due to the fact that jungle twitch needs to be versatile. He cannot just be a glass cannon on the get go. He needs to roam the map and be able to pick off tanky targets.
Take Expunge first while maxing out ambush after. With this you have an attack you can use while you take down blue. Take Poison @ Lvl 4 for even more easier ganks.
I've tried smite/ghost and smite/ignite. Smite/Ignite is the clear winner on early ganks which is essential in boosting your gold for items.
With smite ghost twitch never caught up to the targets.
smite/flash might be something i could try.
Pros / Cons
- Fast early ganker.
- Almost always get 1st blood.
- Difficult to counter early game.
- Becomes expensive for other team to counter you if you're fed.
- Easily countered mid/late game.
- Will be focused hard in team fights.
- If you die early you will fall behind quick.
-You must roam map and call out ganks.
-Never ever pop out first, always let the ally in lane attack first.
-With phantom dancer and boots of mobility you will be able to roam the map and help your allies easily.
Overall Jungle Twitch is a fun build that you will enjoy and possibly dominate with.
You might find that some people will catch on to your antics very quickly while others may not.
Even though I hope you have fun with this build as much as I have.
Happy Ganking! Oh and dont forget to LOOK BEHIND YOU!
