Lucian is cool. And the coolest part of him is The Culling. It seems that attack speed is the essence of The Culling, but he doesn't need attack speed because of Lightslinger.
So I choose Youmuu's Ghostblade and Sword of the Divine to active it instead of stack it.

Lightslinger is quiet core in his skill set. And it make Trinity Force his favorite item. It does creates tons of damage for him.

He needs Piercing Light to function. It has shortest CD and longest range. Don't use it too much for it costs a lot of mana too.

Frozen Mallet make him chase down enemy more easily. And he needs some HP to do this dangerous move: Relentless Pursuit.

You should use this to chase you enemy not just get away from your enemy, because you got a plenty damage to do by Lightslinger> Ardent Blaze> Lightslinger> Piercing Light> Lightslinger

Not to mention sheen effect in this combo, you shall proc it twice generally.
