Introduction
Lulu is an interesting champion, the previous riot designated support champion was Karma and that failed miserably. She failed because she lacked what a true support champion has. In the current meta, a support champion is one that can function with few or any items for that matter, the money they accrue is used mainly for wards and oracles. With this meta in mind, Riot released Lulu. Prior to Lulu, the meta dominated by 3 major support champions: Soraka, Sona, and Taric. Each of these had a unique kit that made them dominate in the current meta. I believe that Lulu can be as powerful if not more than those 3 and i'l be presenting what I believe to be the ideal guide to playing her
Runes are fairly straightforward.
Greater Glyph of Focus - Some early game cdr is nice. Allows you to harass with your spells more often
Greater Seal of Replenishment - Lulu is very mana hungry, early game mana regen prior to philosopher's stone
Greater Mark of Vitality - So the other team will probably try to target you throughout the game, extra health will let you stay in lane longer and contribute by continuing to support your team
Greater Quintessence of Avarice - Extra gold, not much more to say
Of course you can mix and match runes to your personal preference
