rofls her passive is a nice addition but it isnt worth building everything over it,
i mean at the end of the day judging by your build there's no source of magic pen,
meaning that your passive isn't going to be that strong because that dmg is considered magical dmg.
from my view i think that you'll most likely be a mid champion ?
i suggest you try 8 marks of destruction & 1 mark of insight, gives you 8 armor pen & 5.5 magic pen and should help ya with your passive, skills & auto attacks, i mean if your gonna mid with this build then your opponent shouldn't be having that much armor.

i wouldnt agree with your deadliness + lethally, instead i'd take 5 of them out and add to + 1 sorcery + 1 arcane knowledge and rest to havoc.
having arcane knewledge helps with your burst + passive and havoc just increase the overall dmg of what you put out.

I cant see why your trying to max out whimsy, the best thing about it is the flat 35% ms and instead if i were you, i'd rather max out glitter lance because it's your max nuke, flat 80% slow and increase the slow duration. atm i really think that riot should twik the polymorph cast spell & animation and make the spell casting spell equal to her help pix skill, its just 2 slow, your opponent could at lease get 1 spell out because they get disabled, like fiora nd that op utli.

hmm i have checked ur build, but i dont understand why you max out whimsy first. u want to deal damage right? max out glitterlance first will greatly increase your ability to destroy your opponent. i am gonna try this build just to look how it plays, thats for sure. in addition i want to ask you to try the following build: first buy 350 boots with health potions. after that rush swiftsend. now get ur attackspeed boots, then save up for madreds. after this u can either choose between lichbane or frozen mallet (frozen mallet is in the end a must cause your attacks slow enemy's with it) and after this go for the other one. and as final, nashor's tooth. due to this build, your ap also has a slight edge. believe me that you will notice the diffrence in dmg from glitterlance and help! pix. help pix will almost only be used for the dmg and sight of it, this to makes it almost impossible to miss glitterlance. after glitterlance max out whimsy for the polymorf ofc. I hope your going to try it and tell my what you think of it. i will come back here after i have tryed ur build!

Pix does magic damage, so armor pen is not helping that, you need magic pen for that...

I suspected a build much like this (or Kayle's or Teemo's) would work with her passive!

You might want to consider mentioning Nashor's. Easy way to get a chunk of your Cooldown Reduc while also netting some Attack Speed and even some MP5 and AP.

Read JhoiJhoi's guide on making guides. It is a great base for making pretty much all guides you can think of.

Not a bad guide but....

-Make sure to spell and grammar check what you post next time
-A little more info would not hurt how to play optional items etc.
-You don't need a lot of coding I get that but you may want to try to at least put items abilities runes etc. in tool tips so it is easier to read and understand
-Last but not least using full words in a guide instead of abbreviations makes it look more professional

Hopefully you consider these suggestions and continue working on this guide.

that's an awesome ezreal guide. If i hadn't been in such a hurry, I would have examined a lot more guides before completeing this one. Thanks for your input though :D will look into more aura items.

i saw a ad lulu was good but her build was almost the same as teemo and have a nice damage while having some aura itens.
