Introduction
The runes I have posted are examples of what could be used in this build. people like to use the magic resist glyphs and the armor seals but I find that, for 3's especially, that nuking with the all ability power runes, except for armor pen reds is more effective early game to get kills which in the end makes you better late game. The attack speed runes I have not tried yet but I assume, and will try it soon, that it would be effective.
I chose the items above for a reason. Pure AP builds for lulu are also good. Lulu is great nuker in the beginning with a lot of cc. I have not tried complete support Lulu though which I plan on doing soon. But I don't think it will be as fun as this guide though :P . So then i thought of her passive and decided that maybe attack speed, damage on hit effects would do great on here. So I tried it and found that with on hit effects such as Blood Razor and Wits end along with the passive and ignite with a little ability power added you can do a substantial amount of damage while at the same time kiting and using cc to stay away because this build does make you a little squishy.
For skill sequence I chose Glitter Dance first because this is your ability that does the most damage and its best for the slow which will help you get more hits on people while running away. I like maxing out Whimsy before Help, Pix! because I find that the 2.5 seconds that the enemy champion is polymorphed is more effective than the damage that Help, Pix! But Help, Pix should at least have 1 point into at lvl 4 because it will come in handy for shields, extra damage, and very helpful for using glitter dance again if pix is attached to someone and you are 2 far away to hit them with your own glitter dance. Help, Pix! is the last thing I max out because even though it is a good damaging spell and its helpful for a shield, I just find that it is more effective in late game more than early game. Also obviously max out your ultimate before anything. But for people who are new the game, put ability points into Wild Growth as soon as possible, which is at 6, 11, and 18.
