Unique Passive means that the same item (Shurelya's with Shurelya's) does not stack. But Zeke's, Shurelya, Soul shroud does. Sorry for this missunderstanding. We gonna have the cdr cap without the boots, and we can use more useful ones. We take Ionian boots for EARLY cdr, we change it when we reached the cdr cap. A simple Q or an EQ combo can REALLY hurt. I think you didnt try it out. You just wrote something and didnt even checked why it is so. This is ALL written down in the guide. Let me show it: These runes aren't for survive, but for DMG. This makes you a bit AP champ. Your Glitterlance Help, Pix! combo will do Tons of DMG. (I've been called op because of this...)
